Nobody there when I dropped-off trailer. Yard was very muddy and difficult to turn around.

Brandon GIt was nice that he came out to do the check in but the owner had a truck assigned to me rather than letting me pick one out. I didn’t get any pictures of it before I left because I don’t know I was supposed to do that. The truck was very dirty, both in the cabin, the cargo area and the ramp had lots of mud caked all over it. The gas tank was on a quarter tank. I had to stop and fill it up on the way home. He switched my drop off spot to a different U-Haul location than the one I wanted to drop off at. I don’t know why he did that.
Michael GI don’t normally rate but this location gets a 10 out of 10. They started up the truck for me and this is the first uhaul I felt safe in to drive in. Other places I have rented uhuals from I felt like a number or I was an inconvenience. I would rent From then again
