SHAMPALE EI was not given the proper instructions on returning the vehicle. I was told to use a link that was expired. In turn caused me to be charged a $20 fee. I was also charged an additional $15 fee for insurance that I specifically refused when offered during my checkout. I am now waiting on a a return. Which has been an inconvenience due to it taking 3 to 5 business day to be fully returned. I am still waiting to see if my refund will be approved, which is not fair.

CYNTHIA SThey did not have furniture pads or a dolly. Took a long time to get keys because they were locked in the truck. Not the locations fault. U-Haul should have sent me to a location with everything I ordered. Location staff was friendly.

HUY HTry not taking monies that are not due your company. If and when you do, please return to the customer immediately, without them having to constantly contact you for refunds and get the runaround. It is very unprofessional and unethical business practice.
