I rented a U-Haul truck. I was asked what I needed to move. I explained stove, refrigerator, dryer etc. Once we arrived at the location to pick up the items we discovered that there was not a ramp on the truck. I called the U-Haul location and was told that I did not ask for a truck with a ramp. Who would not know that I needed a truck with a ramp with the items I described above? I assumed after explaining what kind of items I was moving that I would naturally get a truck that had a ramp. Unfortunately I did not. I was very very disappointed. Dianne Malbrough 832-419-4888

Really upset with uhaul. I was scheduled to pick up at a storage place was there early waiting for them to open. Once they opened I was told they can not rent uhaul for a contract wasn’t signed. Had to contact uhaul and get another reservation for a different location which put me behind schedule getting on the road I think someone should look into this the area they routed me to was in the ghetto felt unsafe

Not take over 40 minutes to pick up truck.

Run down, tried to check in online but still ended up needing to speak to someone at the front desk. Waited 15 minutes before I spoke to someone and they said they didnt see my reservation. I told them the uhaul truck I was assigned had the same number as one of the trucks out there. The guy searched for 5 minutes before realizing the keys were on the rack behind him the whole time. The truck smelled like smoke, but was otherwise clean. Would have definitely driven extra to pick the truck up from somewhere else with better prepared staff and cleaner facilities.

Unauthorized charge to my account after the final fee was given to me. We took the truck back, walked in and had one of the uhaul representative walk back out to inspect the truck and check the meter. He then walked back and charged $133. Total.... that's fine. Now I look in my account and I see an authorized charge of $38.00 in my account. Why did I not get a call or email of such charge but better yet why was I charged or what was I charged for?

This was the worst experience. They took an hour and a half to take the trailer off the back, made out movers wait and then our movers left. Then when we went to return the truck, she didn’t k ow how to return it and had to contact customer service.

The cab smelled horrible and the truck drove kind of funny. I had to accelerate a lot just to do the skied limit on the road which is only 35mph. Other than the condition of the vehicle my experience was good. Customer service was good.

I was getting charged for an extra day, it wasn’t suppose to be turned in until tomorrow, I turned it in early. They didn’t know what to do, so I tried calling and it took hours for it to pick up and then I get hanged up, so a sent an email. It was really frustrating and really hot about 110F in there

Second location I drove to, to drop off the trailer (first wouldn't accept trailer) was unable to get a receipt for drop off and needed to spend an hour on the phone with customer service to attempt to get it resolved.
