There was no one present at the original drop off location, so Uhaul sent me to A second location and no one was there either. Uhaul then charged me for an extra days rental. Customer service says I will get a refund in 3 working days. I lost 6-8 hours of work time because of these issues.

I asked for a receipt/copy of contract. told be e-mailed but we were on road with no printer. one of drop offs was compass.

Super easy. Checked in very quickly.

Provide a way to get the tung of the trailer high enough to go on to the ball of the truck. Trailer is too heavy to lift.

location was farther out of the way than I originally chose causing more miles to be used. Lady was very nice but lste in opening causing my help to have to wait.

Told different things and didn't do what they said. I believe your word should be your bond. Never use u haul again

My trailer was supposed to be picked up on last Thursday morning at 10:30am. I went to pick it up and no one was there. I called the number I had and the female employee said she had to leave and would not be back until 1:30pm but would call if she got back early. I was there at 1:30 and she showed up about 2:00pm. I had to make 2 trips that was about 45 minutes one way for me because I live that far away. This cost me over 3-1/2 hours! Not to mention the gas and the time waiting!

Very pleased with the whole experience and will definitely contact Uhaul first if ever needed again.
