Nothing at all. The transaction was smooth. We were treated very well!
Eric RI changed equipment and was sent to a new place to pick it up. No one was there and no equipment. Called back and they sent me to another place. They had equipment but raised the price $30.00 and said that was what it was. Called supervisor and they said they would refund money. Waiting for that to happen.
DONALD MNothing. Equipment was clean, easily accessible, and practically brand new. Very convenient location to rent, and super nice folks work there.
Jonathan PThere was no one present at the original drop off location, so Uhaul sent me to A second location and no one was there either. Uhaul then charged me for an extra days rental. Customer service says I will get a refund in 3 working days. I lost 6-8 hours of work time because of these issues.
