Jonathan PVery convenient location for me. Never an issue at all, and i rent 4-5 times a year from them. I use the app to rent, then do the online check in to expedite the process.
Jonathan PThe blinker on one side didn’t work and one other light didn’t work, and we called and spoke to someone and reported one of the tires were bad and never received a call back about repairing when we could have broke down on the side of the road or worse. No follow up call or nothing. We were very disappointed that safety of the customer did not seem important. Equipment should be checked prior to renting, we could have got a ticket for lights not working and could have had someone rear end us for the blinker not working.
