ERIC WOne of the best retail experiences I've had. The agent worked hard to find an auto transport for me on relatively short notice.
RYAN ADon't change the location someone chooses. Also make sure you get the extra ordered (moving blankets). I wasn't charged, but I ordered a dozen blankets. It was huge inconvenience to have to pick up the truck several miles from the place I chose. That may make me look elsewhere the next move.

MATTHEW PCommunicate better. I made the reservation with one location and was not notified of a change of pick up location until I went to the first location and was told I needed to pick it up at a different location. The first location was clear across town. The new pick-up location was very near my house. I was on a tight timeline and the wasted time was not appreciated.

My pickup locatioj got changed 3 times and everytime I would go to the one instructed to go to I was told the talk trailer wasn't delivered for my reservation so I had to jump around the city until finally this location had one that would fufill my reservation. Besides that everything else was great

Jamie MThe personel at this location was great. The system was down so I couldnt get my truck at the time i reserved, but the employee kept in contact with me and let me know when i could pick up the truck.
Patrick WI did mobile check-in and the dolly and furniture pads were not in the truck. You would think that U-Haul would take some sort of responsibility and deliver items they didn't include in the rental. Instead, I was left to making phone calls to other U-Haul dealers to try and track down a dolly and furniture pads.

Richard S100 Central Cheyenne location was excellent, very happy. U-Haul's website overbooks and is extremely frustrating. It appears this is U-Haul's business model because I called to inform the company that they once again overbooked and didn't have a truck for my family. I was told that U-haul has until 5pm the day before my move date to cancel my order- so basically online orders are all overbooked and a waste of time. If I was rating the website, I would give all zeros. Again, you have great employees, especially in Cheyenne. Website sucks.

Brandon NOnline text for rental approval is absolutely horrible. When you can feel a bad attitude through text, it's pretty bad! The lady I talked with at 307-237-5252 (sorry, I didn't get her name) was absolutely amazing! Hands down best U-Haul customer service experience I have had!
Harold TTook almost an hour to do my rental on my phone. Guess the servers were dow, as per usual. I worked at a U-Haul center for years, the system always went down almost every Saturday.
JAYSON NI was charged for a day that I didnt have the truck, overcharged for miles, lied to about refunds of insurance, and just overall I am not happy with uhaul. I would not recomend nor will i ever use thier services again.
