DORIAN DArrived during business hours and nobody was there. Business was closed. Rented a trailer from them in the past and the owner was owner an hour late. I had to wait in the parking lot for them to show up. Store is cluttered and dirty inside. Definitely not a great store. Zero help.
Brandon HThe location was fine and the vehicle was alright (driver arm rest was broken). However, the online check in and return experience was bad. The app would NOT work, so had to use browser. Then, that wouldn't work for completing the online check in so I had to call. The pages were glitchy even when they did work. The check out process was unclear about where to park vehicle vs the posted signage at location.
