It was a pretty decent place years ago but since the new owners took over it has continued to go downhill and rent continues to go up. I've been there over 20 years and happy to be gone.

I've used my drop off location before I've never had a problem with the guy that runs it. I believe his name is Cameron and he does a great job too.

You wanted the bed of the truck swept upon return, but you should know that the truck bed was NOT clean when I picked up the truck - the last person did not sweep the dirt out and I had to do it before I used the truck.

The location is great. But everytime I do the 24/7 check in or return at any location the app or website always throws some sort of glitch and I wind up needing to call support. They have always been helpful though.

The move out date on this notification is incorrect. I moved out on 1/27/2023 and spoke with someone at the facility that day prior to moving out. I also informed the person that entered a move out date of 2/10/23 of the correct date. i also called the office and received the answering service on the move out date and was told that the information was placed in the system that day and i Should receive a call or email regarding that and never did.

The on-site manager, Cameron, was friendly, helpful, very professional and quite knowledgeable. Dealing with him, took 'the sting off' having to leave half my possessions in storage for several years. He was/is a godsend.

Didn't charge for extra gas until after check in even though I have gas receipt showing a good amount of gas put in but the damn tick doesn't move inside the truck. Low key scamming people of all their pennies

The cab was dirty. Everything was sticky or had some type of residue on it. The cab also smelled of urine.

It's not full service. The desk man did not have a wrench to removed my wrong size ball and neither did I. He did go out of his way to solve this problem that I caused.

The representative was friendly. The truck was presentable. The office was dirty. There gas tank was only 3/8 full, so I had to buy gas before I started my move. The price of 19,95 a day is misleading. I kept the truck for 2 hours, drove 31 miles, spend 25 dollars on gas and had to pay more than $70.00, so the price is $70 a day.

I had stuff in storage ranging from appliances, electronics, clothing, to collectables for about four years. I never thought about the security and safety of my possessions because access to the area is so well controlled. The area around the storage units is kept clean and the storage units are clean and dry. If the lack of climate control is important, then this is an excellent choice. The staff are friendly and supportive.

Unfortunately when I went in for a rental, I had a Stroke, the girl that was there helped as much as she could,called the EMS and calmed my daughter down.This UHAUL by far was the best I have ever dealt with

I was originally given the wrong van which led me to having to turn around and go get a new one. I had movers I paid for waiting for me so it really put a dent in my moving time frame

Very proficient courteous and professional service which is incredibly rare these days. I had the impression our attendant liked what he was doing which we s also incredibly rare. It was a pleasure!

Very clean unit. Friendly staff!! I selected the Rent Now option and lock wasn’t in unit, so luckily I went during hours, so the office was open and I was able to get my lock.
