Brett A | Overall ExperienceCustomer service was above and beyond! Security to get in and out was nice as well. However, I gave it 3 stars because I purchased a 5 x 5 and it was $62 a month. Meanwhile, I have a 10 x 10 indoor storage with controlled temperature etc that I pay for elsewhere and it's $159, insurance included. I feel like St Bernard is a bit overpriced for just a small need and could not say it was "above average/4 stars" or "Excellent/5 stars" due to this.

GARY W | Overall ExperienceThe move out date on this notification is incorrect. I moved out on 1/27/2023 and spoke with someone at the facility that day prior to moving out. I also informed the person that entered a move out date of 2/10/23 of the correct date. i also called the office and received the answering service on the move out date and was told that the information was placed in the system that day and i Should receive a call or email regarding that and never did.
