After hours drop off. *Location closed, employee not on premises as expected upon reservation* This location needs clear parking spots and it feels extra sketchy in the dark, given the location. *Not the fault of the vendor* Kay drop slot at ankle level and hard to locate.

Patrick K | RéservationThe location is difficult to find and out of the way. When I arrived there was a sign on the door that the office was closed for lunch. I texted the number listed on the door and got a response from Cameron, that it was OK to leave the truck there, as it was not the location that I had scheduled, and I was returning it a day earlier than scheduled. I completed the check out via the app. When I got the bill via email I was charged for 3 extra days, even though I returned it 2 days past the original schedule date, although I did arrange for the extra days before the original contract was complete. I was 37 minutes late returning it by the time I completed the return process on the app to avoid the 3rd day charge. I was told by a UHaul customer service rep that its up to the agent where I returned it (Cameron) as to what I am charged. After learning this the day after I returned the truck, I texted Cameron twice and called him and left a voicemail message but never heard back from him. I can only take this to mean that he was no longer interested in communicating with me and was going to charge me the full amount. So much for good customer service, especially during this holiday season.

John NMy reservation was # 78447736 and I used the 24/7 pickup service to get my truck. My UHAUL associate was fantastic, but your 24/7 service needs ALOT of work. My "10-minute process" turned into an 80-minute test of my patience. My location was showing me 0,4 miles away when I was actually there. My associate, Chantelle ???, walked me through a couple of steps to try and get me showing as 'arrived'. When that didn't work, she took the next step and made the rental happen. She was extremely helpful, very pleasant to deal with, and frankly saved this transaction for UHAUL. She deserves any and all recognition and/or reward that can be given. Please let her know this and thank her for me.

April AThe move out date on this notification is incorrect. I moved out on 1/27/2023 and spoke with someone at the facility that day prior to moving out. I also informed the person that entered a move out date of 2/10/23 of the correct date. i also called the office and received the answering service on the move out date and was told that the information was placed in the system that day and i Should receive a call or email regarding that and never did.

elaine rThe representative was friendly. The truck was presentable. The office was dirty. There gas tank was only 3/8 full, so I had to buy gas before I started my move. The price of 19,95 a day is misleading. I kept the truck for 2 hours, drove 31 miles, spend 25 dollars on gas and had to pay more than $70.00, so the price is $70 a day.

I never thought about the security and safety of my possessions because access to the area is so well controlled. The area around the storage units is kept clean and the storage units are clean and dry. If the lack of climate control is important, then this is an excellent choice. The staff are friendly and supportive.
