There was a refrigerator and other items in the back of the truck. Also, the ac went out and we were forced to have the windows down for three hours driving on the freeway.

Ciara W.When I arrived at the location they did not have a dolly or equipment I had ordered the only thing they had available was the truck. Also, the location was not safe and I wouldn't not recommend any of my friends or family members to go to that location EVER. I'm a single female and this was a terrible experience. I was scared uncomfortable and just wanted to get out of the area. So much so I didn't care that I was being charged for equipment they didn't even have. Overall very poor experience and I will go another route next time.
Danielle L.Attendant was rude and annoyed that I was dropping off the U-Haul. Very scary area to drop off a U-Haul. As a single female I felt scared and had men asking me questions. I was just trying to get out of there quickly. Would not recommend this area to drop off to ANYONE. This shouldn't even be an area to drop off a U-Haul.

Amie C.Went to 1st location for mobile pickup and was told that the vehicle we reserved was reported stolen. We were then routed to Stop and Shop and the 1st vehicle assigned to us was occupied by a homeless person in the front seat. The store manager went out asked him to leave the truck. The manager informed us that the homeless man was gone and we could take the truck no cleaningno nothing!!!. We refused and asked for another truck. We received another truck and it was unswept and dirty inside the cab. We called Uhaul to let them know and they agreed not charge the $25 cleaning fee. After getting to our Uhaul storage destination we were unable to get our unit after hours because the check-in process was not completed correctly by staff. We were forced to come back and unload the next day. Thankfully they did not charge an additional day because of the error.
KATHERINE P.The place was too busy to support U-Haul equipment. Personnel cannot give adequate time to U-Haul customers. The Parking of the U-Haul truck was inadequate, leaving the truck exposed to damage.
Federico P.The truck worked perfectly. Customer service was terrible! I wanted to pick up the truck at 7am, so I went the afternoon before to fill out paperwork and pay for the truck. I had hoped to pick up the key at 7:00 and then leave. "No, no!" I was told. "Tomorrow. Ten minutes. Don't worry!". The man promised to be there the next morning, but wasn't. Luckily I arrived at 6:30, but the girl at that location didn't work for U-Haul and she wouldn't give me the key. I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone trying to complete the contract so I could relocate my furniture to my new apartment. When I arrived at the old apartment (70 miles) the truck was out of gas. I had to put $90 worth of gas in the truck to get home. When I returned the truck, the manager I had originally talked to was there, and he was condescending and dismissive. If I ever see him off the property, we are going to have "a very unpleasant chat".

VENTURA JR P.Make sure the staff know how to transact for U-Haul. I wasn't told that I needed to return the truck with the same amount of gas. When I asked if I could return the truck to another store, the clerk only said it would “be nice if I returned it back†to her store rather than letting me know it had to be returned to the same store. The website did not let me know that the store was only a gas station and not an actual U-Haul store; I paid to rent a dolly and furniture blankets which they didn't have. Now, I'll have to go through what I'm sure will be a lengthy and difficult process to get that refunded. The trucks and website all advertise a price of $19,95 to rent, but I paid $120 after only driving 48 miles. That's a ridiculous difference. Had I paid for delivery of the items that I moved, I would've also had someone assemble my items all for the exact same price. I admit, I've never had an issue with U-Haul before when renting trailers, but I am very disappointed with this service. I don't believe I'll be renting your moving trucks again.

Steven M.I had a horrible experience that I am still trying to rectify. I borrowed a truck around 8:47pm was told to return by 1am. Only needed to transport 1 item (Bed). Returned it before the 1am. Next day I'm being charged $60 for an extra day. I have called the location 3x and Steve keeps saying he's busy and will call me back. I am still waiting for my call back. I called uhaul and placed a complaint. The gas station has cameras. Review the cameras and see we handed the keys prior to the 1am deadline and stop trying to steal money from your customers. Never again!! Will keep waiting for my call.

Kendra W.First off it is a gas station and the person working takes care of store customers before U-Haul you have to wait. When I went to leave there was a homeless person sleeping in the back of the truck more time to wait while cleaning his mess out. Same waiting experience taking truck backbit longer wait time because store was busier. This should not be a U-Haul vendor. NEVER wil I use this location again.

DURRELL B.I had my reservation at nachadoches location, at VERY last second i was told by an unfriendly operator to clear across town to pick it up. The truck was so full of bugs I had wash it before I hit the road.
MOHAMMAD K.The equipment I PAID for wasn't at the location (appliance dolley). However, online it said it was available. I didn't notice the dolley wasn't in the truck until arriving at my destination. I was told that I would be reimbursed for this but I wasn't. Also, they had me go to a different location and there I had to pay again. I was behind on time because of this which made me miss my drop off time. I was then charged for an extra day. Still no reimbursement.
Bryndi D.The truck did not have a muffler. The attendant did not know the rental process (I selected the mobile pick-up option, but the key was not in the truck and the attendant didn't know where it was. Then... she wouldn't give me the key even after i showed here my phone's screen that showed the rental process was completed. said, " take your keys". She proceeded to call the store owner and make me wait 15 minutes to take possession of the keys. Once I had the keys, I turned the truck on and discover that the engine has no muffler. After a 15 minute drive to the office my ears were ringing. At this point, I realized that it was not safe to subject my ears to the noise level of the motor. I called UHaul, and asked for another truck. At first I was told no. After I explained and insisted, I was put in contact with the Area Manager, whom offered no apology for my trouble or time lost. He did find me another truck. He transferred the rental to the new truck. So, after 3 hours of wasted time I finally had a baseline of quality of service equipment. Also, I lost 3 hours of work time with the truck rental, which was not extended on the new contract. a month ago it was drug needles in a dirty truck, then two weeks ago, the location did not have the truck that I had reserved (I never got the $50 from U-Haul for failing the reservation guarantee). I had to drive to another location and make a completely new reservation. This time there was no muffler and the attendant wouldn't give me the keys. UHaul is performing at a solid "F".

Juan D.Firstly, I requested to have a dolly with my uhual and I was charged and I didn't receive one. Secondly, I was told that I would receive my initial payment of $80 back when I paid the final balance which was $112. I have yet to receive this. I was double charged and my account is now overdrawn. This is not a real uhual store. This is someone who has bought their own trucks and now rents them out. They are located in a corner store for Christ sakes. I will not be going back to this location. 10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend.
