It is in a bad neighborhood. I homeless man outside the station asked right away if he could wash my windows. I watch a drug sale go on outside the store. The entire area around the truck smelled like human urine.

There was a uhaul dolly on the back returned in brownsville location. Not good customer service. Allready 3 times on that location.
Carlos AThe truck smelt horrible like cat pee the floor was wet and sticky. There was also a bag of open dog food under the seat. As far as the location goes there’s barely any parking and the area doesn’t feel safe.
ANGELA BI'm not sure when U haul starting playing this game of nickel and dime'n their patrons. The location was Below Average. The 20 foot reserved U haul was unavailable so I rented a 15 foot truck. No problem. Total time: pickup the U Haul at 8:45AM and dropped the truck off at 5:17PM and was charge 3X the fee! Charged 3X for Safe Mode. Charged 3X the $29.95 rate! INCREDIBLE. SLICK. Less than 9 hours and I was charged over $185.00! How is that possible?
TERESA SClean up the truck after the last user, have the amount of gas in the vehicle that’s reflected on the contract and dint have pick up locations in the ghetto
