Sucks that you can't get to your stuff after 6pm or before 9am and NEVER on Sundays. If the office isn't open you can't get to your unit. That was VERY inconvenient

Beware of the written notice requirements. I moved out before the end of the month but I was charged for another month because I didn't provide a 10 day notice. I've been using uhaul for years and never had to give a written notice. The storage facility sent me a 24 point email with the rules and didn't even include the need for a written notice. I found that to be tricky. You have to go back over the contract to find the additional requirements. I will not rent from another uhaul third party. Consistency is important to me.

Janice GI reserved 1utility dolly, 1 appliance dolly, 1furniture dolly and a dozen furniture pads. When I got there only the utility dolly was available. I made this reservation a week in advance this was more than enough time for the location to contact me and let me know that they couldn't fulfill everything that I reserved. Communication goes a long way people, do better.

Pat JThe UHaul system should force customer or UHaul worker to always take pictures when checkin to avoid disputes, protect customer against accidents occurring between the checkout of the last client and the checkin of the new current client. The current process is inconsistent and confusing because I always dispute and take pictures to protect myself. When I came to the UHaul drop off site, the UHaul representative and UHaul help line representative cannot checkin because of a system error. I told the dropoff representative that I disputed most UHaul truck pictures because I wanted to take pictures when checkin to protect myself. So the dropoff representative called another help contact to get in my current UHaul contract file and removed all the pictures I took in order to do the checkin successfully. This is not the right way to do because all my checkin pictures are wiped out and if there are any disputes about truck damages, it only protect UHaul and not the customer. I would rate this UHaul application as unreliable causing delay in my checkout process which involves lots time if many persons involved. In conclusion, your company needs to hire better IT team. I would rank this UHaul application for this checkin & checkout process with 1 star out of 5.

WILLICESTINE IStorage Depot took good care of their customers. I still need to clean out my unit, however I've been sick and unable. I called and will take care of that on the 13th. As always they go out of their way to understanding. Again, awesome service!!

patrisha jCustomer service was terrible. She walked by me like I didn't exist when I was next to the door because she was on a personal phone call. I drove the truck 4 miles round trip. I put $15 in gas in. She said it was full when I left and charged me an extra $20. I returned the truck with more gas than when I left. Will never rent from this place again.

Kearie SOverall the experience was good. The only issue I had w/the truck is the weather stripping sealing on the driver's side door kept falling off & would not stay on when I tried to reapply it. Other than that, the rental went as expected. I was able to do a mobile pick up w/assistance from customer service. I did have a bit of an issue trying to check the truck back in, but I think that was a connection issue w/my mobile phone. But the truck was clean & comfortable, & suffered no mechanical issues.

The overall issue came with the app. It kept timing out, wouldn't allow me to upload the required documents, nor give me all the options after processing the first part of the pickup. I chose to chat with customer service, only to receive a call asking for an alternate contact. If that's the option preferred, list that one! So frustrating! Fix the app, please!!!

Anna WAfter hours dropoff is a pain. If no internet you cannot complete closure of the contract for the truck return. Suggestion: Use key fobs with embedded RFID chips. Drop the keys in a drop slot, RFID reader associates the return with the contract and closes the transaction.

Also looking like they were moving stolen stuff. That I did not like. they never bother me. Also the rent kept raising which I understand that once you are there they know you don't want to move your stuff. However, I asked for a larger unit 5x10 and it was $140, I found a brand new one for $63 plus they have a dolly. No one working out of a unit
