Natasha PThe truck I was given was filthy with several dents and markings on the outside, the bumper was being held up by a rusty screw and nail. The gas hand was not where she indicated on the receipt. There was rust in the cup holders. Rips in the seat and what looked like mud drippings all throughout the inside of the truck. I brought it to the lady in the offices attention and she acted like there was nothing she could do never giving me the option to take the newer truck that was already parked in the front of the store, instead made me walk to the back of storage facility and drive the truck around. Usually the worker does this but she was too busy sitting with what I assume is her little girl to assist. She never offered to come look at the trucks condition only said “Well did you get the Insurance?” What does that have to do with anything?
Krystal WReservation was made with dolly and small pushing car but at the time of pickup was not inside the box truck Uhaul did not informed about this change making moving more difficult
VICTOR PThe gas gage was on not quite 3 quarters and we brought it back with it on 3 quarters and it still cost me 10.00 dollars...maybe it had been driven after it was turned in last time..dont know but the pictures didn't read the same..
