The UHaul app not working, constant crashing and also making me repeatedly take multiple photos on pick up and check in just for them to disappear after I've walked around the vehicle multiple times taking pics 3. Long wait on the phot with customer service to figure out where to pick up the key (my first time at the location, office door was up the hill away from vehicle and was locked, so relied on customer service, it delayed my pick up by over an hour) 4. CS made me switch reservation to mobile pick up (because facility closed), 3 trucks on lot, one dirty, mobile pickup assigned me the dirty truck (dirty tissues, vape pens, lighters, cookies, invoices all in cab) 5. On return I didn't want to touch their dirty tissues and I was irritated that you assigned me a dirty truck - so then you charged me for the cleanup, despite me emailing in the photos of how dirty it was - a $75 fee. Seriously, what could I have done differently and how does this happen? Still waiting on a refund for this and in total I have been on the phone before and after with uhaul more than I was driving the truck. Matt

Anthony Viuncent MangoneThere was no one to speak to. I had a problem with the mileage. It was over 200 miles off. I only drove 4 miles and was charged $202 in mileage was also charged $15 in gas. Called locations emergency number and left a message. Now it is two days later and still no call back. I also called U Haul directly. Had photos of odometer before and after and of my gas receipt. But to no avail. Still was charged $294 for a 4 hour rental. Realistically, It is unrealistic to even think it possible to drive 200 miles in 4 hours even if I just took the truck our for a joy ride. I also have video of the location of the truck for the 3 hours it was parked. We are a small special needs school in the same town I rented from. Horrible customer service and a horrible experience.

Jose GallardoYou need an actual person on the premises to assist with the check-in/check-out process. I had to spend over an hour on the phone with three different customer service reps before I could even retrieve the code for my key. First, someone said my reservation was cancelled. Then another rep said my reservation wasn't cancelled, be she was in over her head and couldn't help. Finally, a rep was able to slowly get things where they needed to be. This location is trash.

Brian WeissMuy bueno lo recomiendo, no hablo el inglés pero su empleado habla un poco, me explico todo de manera fácil y lo mejor es qué hay donde parquear mientras rentas la Vans, es seguro y permitido dejarlo por varios días la mayoría de veces lo rento por 2 días, llego en mi carro lo dejo parqueado los dos dias y lo recojo cuando dejo la Vans y no he tenido problema alguno. 100 % recomendado. Very good I recommend, I do not speak English but your employee speaks a little, I explain everything easily and the best thing is what is where to park while you rent the Vans, it is safe and allowed to leave it for several days most of the time I rent it for 2 days, I arrive in my car I leave it parked the two days and I pick it up when I leave the Vans and I have not had any problem. 100 % recommended.

Manijeh BazarganThe pickup location was for 9:30 but the location did not open until 10. The person who processed my pickup did not know anything about operating the vehicle and put down a different dropoff location without telling me which I am now fighting as I was charged for an alternative drop-off when my confirmation clearly shows the intended drop-off. The 3rd party operators of both places told me that U-Haul's system is poor and they get complaints all the time. When your own partners complain about you, it cannot be a good thing.

BARRYL JASONThe truck would not start while temporarily parked with flashers on in the middle of the street & it took close to 3 hours for Road Service to come & get it started. The serviceman sugessted that the truck should be swapped out since he could not figure out why it happened but they would not do it. Thank God the truck started fine the rest of the rental time. Needless to say, I lost multiple trips while the truck was disabled.
