This location is a close tie with Greyhound for the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. The DMV has a better customer service experienc. The sign said they were open until 5:00. I was supposed to have it back at 4:00 PM on Thursday. I called to let them know I would be a few minutes late. I pulled in at 4:16 PM and they were closed. They made me come back in after I just spent the day moving and had me put 10 $in gas. The lady flat out lied and said she was there until 5:00. She wasn't. They were closed. She charged me for two days when I called to let her know I was running a little behind. She told me that it would be fine. Then she charged me double because she left work an hour early. Needless to say it left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never go there again. That is some shady "business". I'm already struggling and for her to do that was heartless and dispicable. I feel like I was robbed. 0 stars out-of-five -Bullwhack company ðŸ¤¬ðŸ˜¡Joseph V.

Online check in and check out are confusing and give you the wrong directions. I was told to look for one truck while given the key to another truck. Upon return i was told to drop the keys in the drip box before taking pictures of tbe odometer and fuel levels. I had to call customer service both times and wait on hold for an average of 45 mins.Veronica R.
I wouldnt recommend uhaul for moving because of the time on the phone w uhaul. When i called the location things were taken care of right away . But to call the uhaul number is pointless. I was waiting for an answer for over 10 minutes, then when they did answer, the call was lost. I was totally frustrated and i think it was a really bad ending to my first experience with uhaul. I will not recommend uhaul to anyone after this experience.Myron W.

The cargo area had a lot dirt and stuff on the bottom, but the customer service when I picked it up more than made up for that. The truck is old and felt underpowered, but was worth it. I would recommend anyone to this facility!Matthew C.

The check in process online was a bit confusing. First screen asked for me to return the lock to the box and drop keys through drop box on front door, which I did. Subsequent screens needed pictures of the interior which was no longer possible without the keys.Jennifer S.

Location was fine. Online check in was a joke. Had to go in the store and then it took 45 minutes to get the vehicle checked out to me. Pretty sure I was overcharged but I was not in the mood to argue when returning it. Cost 100 $for one trip and 4 hours of use...should have just gone to Home Depot.Courtney A.

She was extremely rude. Hopped into our car without asking. Didn't hook the trailer up. Didn't have any tools to help get the trailer ready. There was trash in the trailer that she didn't take out. She LOUDLY complained about us being a pain in the ass the whomever she was talking to on the phone because she â€œcouldn't get to the bankâ€ by 11:30. This experience was terrible. It is stressful enough moving and we reserved the UHaul for Sunday so we could pick it up and have it all loaded for when my daughter closed and we had help all arranged. When I showed up and tried to do the online check in that was supposedly so easy I was directed to call Uhaul. I was on hold forever just to find out that the location didn't do what they were supposed to so we could pick up the Uhaul and we didn't end up getting the truck. This messed up the whole process and help we had and when we went the following morning the location accepted no responsibility for what happened. The long wait on the phone was irritating and the fact that we had to load stuff up ourselves because our help was no longer available. My dad is old and had to carry stuff he shouldn't have because of your screw up! I will NEVER use Uhaul again!!!!!Lorraine C.

The staff were rude. When we returned our truck is parked in their lot while my husband was about 100 yards away in the gas station filling the truck. I was waiting in the car when the staff walked back into the building and without bothering to be polite or ask if they could help in some way, I got a dirty look from the woman as she pointed at the building as though I shouldn't have been parked there. I told her I was waiting for my husband who was dropping off the truck that she just saw him in at the gas station. She was fine then, however, my husband said she was short with him and a bit rude inside as well. Given that experience alone I would not recommend to this location. We did the online check in prior to this which we had issues with but it was a Sunday so there wasn't any staff available at the sitePeter B.

1. I chose the location online that had the size truck I was looking for as indicated. When customer service called to verify the location, they provided me a different address and said this is the location that I needed to pick the truck up at, not the one I selected online. When I went to that address that customer service provided me the day of the pick up, the text that I received, with pick up instructions, provided me the original address that I selected online in the beginning. I had to drive clear across town to get to the right place. What was the point of customer service calling!!! 2. When I tried to pick up the truck, the website would not work because I had one setting in my phone (for the browser) not set to "location services" properly. I took me 20 mins to find the fix, as everything else in my phone was set for location services. I have had this phone for 2 years and have NEVER had a problem with any website I tried to access! I got so frustrated that I tried to call U-haul, but there was a 20 min hold! A lot of help that does. 3. By the time I finally got the keys to the truck, I was an hour late, and had people standing around waiting for me. Not happy!! 4. The floor of the truck was filthy. When I got to my house and opened the back, it was also filthy. The prior customers did NOT sweep the back or the cab of the truck. This was NOT a good experience, and I hope I never have to use U-haul again! Not everything done online is going to work the way people hope it will. And, since I picked up the truck on a Sunday when the supplier was closed, there needs to be back up help that is available sooner than 20 mins!!!Tammy G.

Truck size was incorrect online. We picked up truck to pick up our item and it didnt fit so we had to leave item behind and no use truck at all because of bad measurements on website. Spend over 70 $for truck rental and gas for no reason. Total waste of money.Ryan P.

Those above questions are not the issue. It is the idea that we used the mobile app which took us longer in answering questions and waiting on a response back for job verification on the app which wasted time for us in the length we requested the truck (6 hours) and we couldn't get ahold of the manager in person from this place because we were struggling with the app. Sorry.. we are senior citizens so made it a little difficult for us! Be sure equipment is clean and accessible. Call center order info needs to be shared with pick up location, to avoid frustration for both parties. If equipment is not available at prefered location don't charge for extra miles added.Chris H.
WHEN I SET UP THE RESERVATION FOR MY UHAUL, THE LADY AT THIS LOCATION, INFORMED ME I NEEDED TO DOWNLOAD THE UHAUL APP, I HAD TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THE APP SERVERAL TIMES, ONCE DOWNLOADED IT TOOK ME SEVERAL TIME TO CREATE THE ACCT. ONCE APP WAS DOWNLOADED I WAS UNABLE TO FIND THE LOCATION OF THE UHAUL OFFICE I WAS RENTING THE TRUCK FROM, SO I HAD TO UPLOAD MY DRIVERS LICENSE USING THE COMPUTER NOT THE APP. LIKE I WAS INSTRUCTED TO DO. ALSO THE DAY OF THE PICK UP, MY RESERVATION WAS SCHEDULE FOR 8:30AM, THE LADY WAS SICK AND UNABLE TO HELP ME OVER THE PHONE, SO SHE PROVIDED THE 800 NUMBER FOR ME NOT UNTIL 9:30AM , SO I HAD BEEN WAITING TO GET THE TRUCK SINCE 8:30AM, ONCE I WAS ABLE TO GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE , THE RENTAL PROCESS WENT SMOOTH, I ASKED THE LADY ON THE PHONE IF WAS ANYWAY THEY WOULD OFFER SOME KIND OF DISCOUNT FOR MY INCONVIENCE AND SHE SAID SHE WAS UNABLE TO , AND THE LADY FROM THE TRUCK LOCATION SAID THE SAME THING TO ME WHEN I SPOKE WITH HER THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.SO I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE, I JUST CANT BELIEVE THE APP DOES NOT WORK LIKE IT SHOULD. Your mobile app couldn't check me out as there were problems with the pictures, though the local agent saw my multiple pictures online. It made me take a picture of my DL when I got there, even though it was put on file from the day before. I could not get past the "Share My Location"button on the app, even though it had permissions and other apps were able to get my location accurately. I recommend the agent, but your app needs work as it wasted my time on pickup and return. I wouldn't have been able to do either without the local agent's involvement.Robert S.
