The check in process online was a bit confusing. First screen asked for me to return the lock to the box and drop keys through drop box on front door, which I did. Subsequent screens needed pictures of the interior which was no longer possible without the keys.Jennifer S.

Location was fine. Online check in was a joke. Had to go in the store and then it took 45 minutes to get the vehicle checked out to me. Pretty sure I was overcharged but I was not in the mood to argue when returning it. Cost $100 for one trip and 4 hours of use...should have just gone to Home Depot.Courtney A.

Was a hassle and headache was told multiple times what I was renting was at different locations wastee half my day then come to find out I didn't even use the truck because I didn't rent a hitch and they charged me for 15miles and didn't want to compensate me with anything was rude customer didn't even consider the full day I wasted ðŸ˜¤Christopher V.

She was extremely rude. Hopped into our car without asking. Didn't hook the trailer up. Didn't have any tools to help get the trailer ready. There was trash in the trailer that she didn't take out. She LOUDLY complained about us being a pain in the ass the whomever she was talking to on the phone because she â€œcouldn't get to the bankâ€ by 11:30. She was awful and I don't believe she should be a uhaul dealer.Levi B.

This experience was terrible. It is stressful enough moving and we reserved the UHaul for Sunday so we could pick it up and have it all loaded for when my daughter closed and we had help all arranged. When I showed up and tried to do the online check in that was supposedly so easy I was directed to call Uhaul. I was on hold forever just to find out that the location didn't do what they were supposed to so we could pick up the Uhaul and we didn't end up getting the truck. This messed up the whole process and help we had and when we went the following morning the location accepted no responsibility for what happened. The long wait on the phone was irritating and the fact that we had to load stuff up ourselves because our help was no longer available. My dad is old and had to carry stuff he shouldn't have because of your screw up! I will NEVER use Uhaul again!!!!!Lorraine C.
The staff were rude. When we returned our truck is parked in their lot while my husband was about 100 yards away in the gas station filling the truck. I was waiting in the car when the staff walked back into the building and without bothering to be polite or ask if they could help in some way, I got a dirty look from the woman as she pointed at the building as though I shouldn't have been parked there. I told her I was waiting for my husband who was dropping off the truck that she just saw him in at the gas station. She was fine then, however, my husband said she was short with him and a bit rude inside as well. Given that experience alone I would not recommend to this location. We did the online check in prior to this which we had issues with but it was a Sunday so there wasn't any staff available at the sitePeter B.

1. I chose the location online that had the size truck I was looking for as indicated. When customer service called to verify the location, they provided me a different address and said this is the location that I needed to pick the truck up at, not the one I selected online. When I went to that address that customer service provided me the day of the pick up, the text that I received, with pick up instructions, provided me the original address that I selected online in the beginning. I had to drive clear across town to get to the right place. What was the point of customer service calling!!! 2. When I tried to pick up the truck, the website would not work because I had one setting in my phone (for the browser) not set to "location services" properly. I took me 20 mins to find the fix, as everything else in my phone was set for location services. I have had this phone for 2 years and have NEVER had a problem with any website I tried to access! I got so frustrated that I tried to call U-haul, but there was a 20 min hold! A lot of help that does. 3. By the time I finally got the keys to the truck, I was an hour late, and had people standing around waiting for me. Not happy!! 4. The floor of the truck was filthy. When I got to my house and opened the back, it was also filthy. The prior customers did NOT sweep the back or the cab of the truck. This was NOT a good experience, and I hope I never have to use U-haul again! Not everything done online is going to work the way people hope it will. And, since I picked up the truck on a Sunday when the supplier was closed, there needs to be back up help that is available sooner than 20 mins!!!Tammy G.
