1. I chose the location online that had the size truck I was looking for as indicated. When customer service called to verify the location, they provided me a different address and said this is the location that I needed to pick the truck up at, not the one I selected online. When I went to that address that customer service provided me the day of the pick up, the text that I received, with pick up instructions, provided me the original address that I selected online in the beginning. I had to drive clear across town to get to the right place. What was the point of customer service calling!!! 2. When I tried to pick up the truck, the website would not work because I had one setting in my phone (for the browser) not set to "location services" properly. I took me 20 mins to find the fix, as everything else in my phone was set for location services. I have had this phone for 2 years and have NEVER had a problem with any website I tried to access! I got so frustrated that I tried to call U-haul, but there was a 20 min hold! A lot of help that does. 3. By the time I finally got the keys to the truck, I was an hour late, and had people standing around waiting for me. Not happy!! 4. The floor of the truck was filthy. When I got to my house and opened the back, it was also filthy. The prior customers did NOT sweep the back or the cab of the truck. This was NOT a good experience, and I hope I never have to use U-haul again! Not everything done online is going to work the way people hope it will. And, since I picked up the truck on a Sunday when the supplier was closed, there needs to be back up help that is available sooner than 20 mins!!!

Car hauler trailer had bad tires on the passenger side. Had to stop repeatedly to air them up. Very bad deal.
The site disinfected the cabin before I got in. They are amazing and care for the customers health, which is greatly appreciate.
Truck size was incorrect online. We picked up truck to pick up our item and it didnt fit so we had to leave item behind and no use truck at all because of bad measurements on website. Spend over $70 for truck rental and gas for no reason. Total waste of money.
I didnt have 45 minutes to do a "self return" because of issues with your application. Was on the phone for 30 minutes with customer service trying to get it handled. It was not my job to do yours.

Those above questions are not the issue. It is the idea that we used the mobile app which took us longer in answering questions and waiting on a response back for job verification on the app which wasted time for us in the length we requested the truck (6 hours) and we couldn't get ahold of the manager in person from this place because we were struggling with the app. Sorry.. we are senior citizens so made it a little difficult for us! It made us "time crunch" to get the truck back!
Be sure equipment is clean and accessible. Call center order info needs to be shared with pick up location, to avoid frustration for both parties. If equipment is not available at prefered location don't charge for extra miles added.
WHEN I SET UP THE RESERVATION FOR MY UHAUL, THE LADY AT THIS LOCATION, INFORMED ME I NEEDED TO DOWNLOAD THE UHAUL APP, I HAD TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THE APP SERVERAL TIMES, ONCE DOWNLOADED IT TOOK ME SEVERAL TIME TO CREATE THE ACCT. ONCE APP WAS DOWNLOADED I WAS UNABLE TO FIND THE LOCATION OF THE UHAUL OFFICE I WAS RENTING THE TRUCK FROM, SO I HAD TO UPLOAD MY DRIVERS LICENSE USING THE COMPUTER NOT THE APP. LIKE I WAS INSTRUCTED TO DO. ALSO THE DAY OF THE PICK UP, MY RESERVATION WAS SCHEDULE FOR 8:30AM, THE LADY WAS SICK AND UNABLE TO HELP ME OVER THE PHONE, SO SHE PROVIDED THE 800 NUMBER FOR ME NOT UNTIL 9:30AM , SO I HAD BEEN WAITING TO GET THE TRUCK SINCE 8:30AM, ONCE I WAS ABLE TO GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE , THE RENTAL PROCESS WENT SMOOTH, I ASKED THE LADY ON THE PHONE IF WAS ANYWAY THEY WOULD OFFER SOME KIND OF DISCOUNT FOR MY INCONVIENCE AND SHE SAID SHE WAS UNABLE TO , AND THE LADY FROM THE TRUCK LOCATION SAID THE SAME THING TO ME WHEN I SPOKE WITH HER THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.SO I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE, I JUST CANT BELIEVE THE APP DOES NOT WORK LIKE IT SHOULD. I HAD TO UPLOAD ALL MY INFORMATION FROM THE COMPUTER INSTEAD OF THE APP, I'M VERY RELUCTANT TO USE UHAUL AGAIN, BUT IN THE CITY I LIVE THEY ARE THE ONLY MOVING TRUCK RENTAL SO I HAVE NOT CHOICE, VERY DISAPPOINTING
Your mobile app couldn't check me out as there were problems with the pictures, though the local agent saw my multiple pictures online. It made me take a picture of my DL when I got there, even though it was put on file from the day before. I could not get past the "Share My Location"button on the app, even though it had permissions and other apps were able to get my location accurately. I recommend the agent, but your app needs work as it wasted my time on pickup and return. I wouldn't have been able to do either without the local agent's involvement.
The right light that you replaced while we were there, quit working again.

Online it was supposed to be 50 dollars they took 80 dollars just in case we went over miles then we went to pay nd they charged us 111 dollars will never get another uhaul

Reserved a truck online 3 days in advance. Day before scheduled pickup, the lady at Store it wise at Westmoor location called to ask if we could come in 1 hour and 15 minutes early because she was closing. So I took off work early unpaid to accomidate her schedule. Then the next day when I went to pick up the truck, I was told to have it back 3 hours earlier than planned. She said there would be no discount and no apologies for the inconvenience. She only blamed the U-Haul software stating it was not good for reservations. We called U-Haul directly and they offered to let us keep the truck an extra 2 hours since we reserved the truck for 24 hours. It was helpful but our entire moving schedule was tight and thrown off so we had to make other arrangements to borrow a friend's truck and we ended up returning our rental truck within 5 hrs but still paid for 24 hours. I won't be renting from U-Haul again.
Many uhaul locations but this is the best. Kim Kelley went above and beyond and kept the store open to help me.
