The cargo area had a lot dirt and stuff on the bottom, but the customer service when I picked it up more than made up for that. The truck is old and felt underpowered, but was worth it. I would recommend anyone to this facility!

Said no additional charges and guess what? additional charges! After the fact I spent an extra 25 bucks to fill the truck up instead of just how I received it. Good thing I took video of everything. I do appreciate the ride home after my drop off location and time was changed on my way to regularly scheduled drop off.

The code for lock box was incorrect Amount of time trying to trouble shoot with uhaul over the phone was unexceptional Ended up getting a box truck instead of the pickup we wanted The box truck had an unpleasant odor inside my wife couldn't stand As well as there were cigarette ashes inside the cab.

The check in process online was a bit confusing. First screen asked for me to return the lock to the box and drop keys through drop box on front door, which I did. Subsequent screens needed pictures of the interior which was no longer possible without the keys.

Location was fine. Online check in was a joke. Had to go in the store and then it took 45 minutes to get the vehicle checked out to me. Pretty sure I was overcharged but I was not in the mood to argue when returning it. Cost $100 for one trip and 4 hours of use...should have just gone to Home Depot.

Was a hassle and headache was told multiple times what I was renting was at different locations wastee half my day then come to find out I didn't even use the truck because I didn't rent a hitch and they charged me for 15miles and didn't want to compensate me with anything was rude customer didn't even consider the full day I wasted 😤

She was extremely rude. Hopped into our car without asking. Didn't hook the trailer up. Didn't have any tools to help get the trailer ready. There was trash in the trailer that she didn't take out. She LOUDLY complained about us being a pain in the ass the whomever she was talking to on the phone because she “couldn't get to the bank†by 11:30. She was awful and I don't believe she should be a uhaul dealer.

This experience was terrible. It is stressful enough moving and we reserved the UHaul for Sunday so we could pick it up and have it all loaded for when my daughter closed and we had help all arranged. When I showed up and tried to do the online check in that was supposedly so easy I was directed to call Uhaul. I was on hold forever just to find out that the location didn't do what they were supposed to so we could pick up the Uhaul and we didn't end up getting the truck. This messed up the whole process and help we had and when we went the following morning the location accepted no responsibility for what happened. The long wait on the phone was irritating and the fact that we had to load stuff up ourselves because our help was no longer available. My dad is old and had to carry stuff he shouldn't have because of your screw up! I will NEVER use Uhaul again!!!!!

The staff were rude. When we returned our truck is parked in their lot while my husband was about 100 yards away in the gas station filling the truck. I was waiting in the car when the staff walked back into the building and without bothering to be polite or ask if they could help in some way, I got a dirty look from the woman as she pointed at the building as though I shouldn't have been parked there. I told her I was waiting for my husband who was dropping off the truck that she just saw him in at the gas station. She was fine then, however, my husband said she was short with him and a bit rude inside as well. Given that experience alone I would not recommend to this location. We did the online check in prior to this which we had issues with but it was a Sunday so there wasn't any staff available at the site

It took about an hour to get some help even though we already had a reservation. Kept calling and waited too long for somebody to answer the phone.
