I didn't actually interact with anyone, I was able to drop of the U-Haul after hours and simply returned my key to the box. I was happy because it was easy to get into and there was a clear spot for me to park the truck.

Also I could not pick up the van at the reserved 2pm, they told me the system was down and it was nerve wracking because It took 1 hour before the system came back online. ( This could have been beyond their control ). But I believe U-Haul computer systems should be upgraded. It was moving day and the elevator was reserved at a set time and I almost missed it. I don't know who is responsible for cleaning the vehicles though.
Sung HThis is my first time at this location and the service was excellent. Ismail was very helpful and had us on the road quickly. The vehicle was clean and in great condition. I definitely recommend this location.

MICHAEL DPlease make hours of operation and additional charges clear at customer pickup, and have someone available near the desk at checkout time so customers don't have to call out "Hello?!?" to get assistance. We inquired about returning the vehicle after 6 PM and were told to drop the key in the after hours box. We did so (within the rental window) and got an email that we'd be charged a $20 penalty for "returning after hours" despite being assured at checkout that would not happen. We had time-stamped photos of the return that we then submitted to the regional UHaul office and the $20 was not charged. However, the distance charge is outrageous (.99/KM?!?). And, when the manager called me to clarify we wouldn't be responsible for the extra $20 fee, he yelled at me and hung up even as I spoke calmly and said I would like to rent from them again. After that treatment on the phone, I'm not sure we will use this place in future.

WILLIAM AIt was 2 days since the snowstorm, but their parking lot wasn't cleared from snow, and I had a very hard time parking/returning the vehicle. Utmost shame!

SHARYN CTerrible customer service. Booked a 15" truck at one location and received a 10" truck 40 minutes further away. And was only notified that no 15" trucks were available the night before the move at 5pm. Was told I was getting unlimited mileage due to this but was charged for mileage. Would not recommend or use again.

RAPHAEL DGot ripped off - brought the fuel back at the same level but didn’t want to fight and he said it would be a 17$ charge then got charged 33$ - pretty upsetting and will definitely be looking into other hauling options next time around

Matthew WMr. Ismail Afta at U Haul, Sukhi Auto, 318 Greenwood Ave, Toronto was an exceptionally kind and supportive person. He was on time at 08:00 AM and brought me the 20' truck. So easy experience.
BASHIR HIt's been a while since I rented one of these things. You guys need to stop advertising "$20" on the side of those fucking vans and be honest with your customers. A trip from East York to Scarborough and back - less than 1,5 hours - cost me over $100 because you charge by the kilometre. I'm surprised you can get away with that nonsense, but here we are. Otherwise no issues with Sukhi U-Haul.
KYLE DThe 24/7 check in was horrible. I had to do so many things on my phone outside in the freezing cold (-10 degrees ) including taking pictures of my licence, filling out forms for contact people, texting with agent, that I tried to do in advance but couldn't until I was physically at the location (this seems crazy). The original instructions sent didn't seem to have the lock code, and couldn't find a way to call anyone. Called the number from the app and couldn't find any proper menu options so talked with someone to collision, who transferred me to customer service, who then transferred me to the truck rental people. Very frustrating experience overall and don't plant to rent again with UHaul unless the process is improved.

ALEX BDon't confirm vehicles that you don't have. U-Haul confirmed certain size via email. Then location called and confirmed that size but only at a later time. When I went to pick it up they didn't have it. This resulted in a smaller vehicle and a second trip during the move. Therefore more time needed and more mileage. Not impressed at all.
