I rented a 26' truck online. I rented it until 8:30 pm on the day of rental. When I showed up at the site, I was told that unless I returned the truck by 6:00 I couldn't have it. I protested that I had a confirmed rental until 8:30 but the person I dealt with (I think the owner) didn't care and walked away. I resolved it with him eventually and took a 20 ft. truck which was fine but the initial customer service was terrible. Also, I've been charged $15.00 for a "safe move" charge. I never agreed to that charge and have no idea what it's for.

The man we dealt with at this location was one of the most ignorant, condescending, aggressive people I have ever met. When we brought the truck back, the fuel gage had not moved at all. He yelled at us and threatened to charge us over $50 for what would be an very minimal amount of gas. We told him we would go get some gas, he refused to give us the key and screamed at us. When we took the keys and went to get gas, he called the police on us. He would not give us a receipt and continued to yell in a very scary aggressive way. We never did get a receipt. I will never use u-haul again if this is the kind of people they allow to deal with their customers.

Strong body odor scent in the vehicle which significantly impacted our satisfaction. Having to drive 3+ hours in the vehicle with that smell was a herculean task

Excellent service and rental vehicle. I was in and out for pick up in about 5 minutes and drop off was even quicker. The 9ft cargo van was clean and well maintained and the rate was as advertised (no hidden fees). Easiest and friendliest car rental service i've had in a long time. Highly recommend this location.
