Your phone app is the lousiest one I've ever used. The app crashes all the time I attempted to check in my rental for 40 minutes. Stayed on hold for 20 minutes. Lousy experience

Only problem I had with this location is that I wasn't able to get my cash refund at location. Was a big inconvenience to have to drive to another location to receive deposit after I was already being inconvenienced! My original drop off location didn't except truck and sent me to this drop off location and I then was sent to a third location to receive deposit!

This is my second U-Haul I rented with in a 2 week period and when I placed my order for a hand truck and dollied on the website it was in my cart. When I actually went to go pick up my truck the accessories were not on my order. A-1 mini storage was able to accommodate me but this U-Haul location was closed so I couldn't get the hand truck anyway. The app was easy to use once I got it going and the customer service I received was very helpful.

The truck was not available at the time promised we had to wait for someone to come and inspect the truck from another location . The trucks transmission did not shift properly. There was so much play in the steering that it was difficult keep it between the lines on the highway. It rode very rough like the tires were out of balance. Very dissappointed in service and vehicle.

I accidentally locked the keys in the truck at the drop off location. I called the office to let them know that I was dropping the truck off and had locked the keys inside. I was lied to by two representatives at this location. First lie I was told by the lady on the phone was that the guy coming to check the truck in would take care of it. When he showed up he said there was nothing he could do. He then proceeded to tell me the second lie which was that, as long as I had insurance/road side assistance they would come out at no cost to me and retrieve the key. Neither were true, I was charged for the service even though I had the roadside/insurance. In addition to all of this I had ordered a dolly to go with the truck, there was no dolly on the truck. They credited me on the contract they sent me but charged my card anyway. Renting the truck was an easy process, the customer service, roadside assistance and support was the most horrible I have ever experienced anywhere!!!!!

I drove only 18 miles and I got 3 gallons gas for that 18 miles, the location charged me almost $26 for the gas, i called and they refused the refund. I1 will dispute with my bank.

when renting a van (at the 800 number) it would be really helpful to have been told the different types of vans available. I got the larger of the 2 sizes which I did not really need. It worked out ok though.

They dont mention no smoking on the trucks when people rent it , then their is no smoking sign in side the truck , and also on the actual contract i dont see where it says no smoking in the truck. Then their is also ashes in the ashtray thats inside of the trunks. I brought my truck back and this dude is randomly talking about a cleaning fee for smoking inside the truck. What kind of illegal , nonsense is that. Are they not making money to where theyre robbing customers of small fees like smoking. This is unprofessional and very sneaky. Do better Uhual. I spend thousands of dollars on your trunks for you guys to be doing these little girl lemonade stand business games.

Give better advise. Originally I reserved a 15' Truck to move 1 KING SIZE MATTRESS, 2 TWIN BOX SPRINGS, 1 QUEEN SIZE MATTRESS & 1 QUEEN BOX SPRING. The attendant SUGGESTED that maybe I could downsize to a MINI-VAN n use instead because the truck seemed too big for just mattresses n box springs. I stupidly agreed not having enuf experience n what would have been ONE TRIP, AND EASY LOADING AND UNLOADING turned out to be TWO TRIPS AND WHICH GAVE MY MOVERS SUCH A HARD TIME TO LOAD AND UNLOAD. He GAVE ME BAD ADVISE N ALL BECAUSE THERE WAS SOMEONE ELSE WHO WANTED A 15' TRUCK to move COUCHES N DINNING TABLES.

I enjoyed the staff positive attitude however the Rear Tow Cover was missing after the staff placed the trailer on my Range Rover. When I reach home (3 miles) I called and asked about it and the staff attitude changed They immediately became defensive before they looked. I now have to replace the cover which will cost me $110.00

The staff at this location was wonderful. It's amazing that even when there are glitches (in this case we had to swap out a truck due to a repair order), DD went out of her way to meet us early, and to accommodate us with our needs. It is a really important lesson in the critical nature of great service, true focus on the customer and working through problems to get a good outcome as a means to make everyone happy. Thank you! We received exceptional service from Deedee during this move, and the equipment was in great shape. I always recommend UHaul, but I will recommend this location in particular. The amount of gas that was quoted to be in the vehicle was inaccurate, it was said to have had 1/4 of a tank and did not even have enough gas to reach my home 2 miles away. The employees of this store were extremely unprofessional and very messy in their tasks.

I returned the uhaul van and hitch on day 2 as agreed and under miles with the correct amount of fuel. I was told that I was over mileage and was to be charged an additional fee, when I told the clerk that I was allocated more than enough miles she checked her math and said I was correct and would not be charged any additional fees and I was good to go. The next day my credit card was charged an additional fee for keeping the van for 1 additional day. Do not leave here without getting something in writing as to when you returned their equipment and the mileage when it was returned.

when I picked up truck I the fuel was less than a quarter of a tank full and was charged an fee which I should not have been charged. the extra 30 dollars I will not use u-haul again. I have spent over 4k with your company in the past 10 years and will use someone else from now on unless you reverse he gasoline charge. Elmer Diehl

My reservation was for 9 am. The door was locked and no one was in the building at 9 am. At 9:10 am I called, and the person on the phone said he was on his way. Trailer had debris in it that had to be swept out - as in large fake plastic jewels.

Unfortunately after the truck was loaded the roll down door broke. We had to tie it shut, then we could barely open when we arrived. Why is this ? Are these doors checked? Caused us a total nightmare. No discount was even offered! Why pay full price for a half ass truck?
