The location was closed when I arrived and I had to go to another location the get the hand truck. I had to call a number located on the door and they walked me through the process.

lighting is poor for patrons picking up a truck in the evening. Equipment and debris lying around that can make you trip. The truck had a big puddle of water in the back which could damage furniture. When a cleaner truck was requested there was none available. This U haul business needs an immediate Over Haul
