The gentleman at Sunbrite Supply had to sweep the back of the truck as it appeared that it had not been cleaned between rentals. He was very personable and helpful. The check oil light came on within the first mile of driving and the check engine light came on during the move. However, I did not have any issues with the actual operation of the truck.DAVID F.

When I arrived at the location to pick up my 17-footer U-Haul I was directed to go to another location to pick up the truck which I did that was a minor inconvenience also my credit card was charged $85 but the total price came out for 62 dollarsANTHONY C.
Your phone app is the lousiest one I've ever used. The app crashes all the time I attempted to check in my rental for 40 minutes. Stayed on hold for 20 minutes. Lousy experienceChong X.
Only problem I had with this location is that I wasn't able to get my cash refund at location. Was a big inconvenience to have to drive to another location to receive deposit after I was already being inconvenienced! My original drop off location didn't except truck and sent me to this drop off location and I then was sent to a third location to receive deposit!Anthony W.

This is my second U-Haul I rented with in a 2 week period and when I placed my order for a hand truck and dollied on the website it was in my cart. When I actually went to go pick up my truck the accessories were not on my order. A-1 mini storage was able to accommodate me but this U-Haul location was closed so I couldn't get the hand truck anyway. The app was easy to use once I got it going and the customer service I received was very helpful.Michele M.

The truck was not available at the time promised we had to wait for someone to come and inspect the truck from another location . The trucks transmission did not shift properly. There was so much play in the steering that it was difficult keep it between the lines on the highway. It rode very rough like the tires were out of balance. Had the truck and extra day because my apartment was not ready when they said it would be in the location called in harassed me several times as well as text me which is not professional and said they were going to call and report the truck stolenJUSTIN L.
I accidentally locked the keys in the truck at the drop off location. I called the office to let them know that I was dropping the truck off and had locked the keys inside. I was lied to by two representatives at this location. First lie I was told by the lady on the phone was that the guy coming to check the truck in would take care of it. When he showed up he said there was nothing he could do. He then proceeded to tell me the second lie which was that, as long as I had insurance/road side assistance they would come out at no cost to me and retrieve the key. Neither were true, I was charged for the service even though I had the roadside/insurance. In addition to all of this I had ordered a dolly to go with the truck, there was no dolly on the truck. They credited me on the contract they sent me but charged my card anyway. Renting the truck was an easy process, the customer service, roadside assistance and support was the most horrible I have ever experienced anywhere!!!!!Kenneth B.
