I was confused and ended up at wrong pick-up location; however, the staff were exceedingly helpful in directing me to the correct pickup location.

The man was talking to a couple and I had to interrupt them to even tell him that we were leaving the trailer out front. 10 out of 10 terrible customer service.

Louis VWhen I did the inspection I pointed out the bald tire and that some of the l.e.d. Taillights were out. I was told if they called someone out to fix it would be at least three hours. Now I made my reservation 5 days before I picked the trailer up so the location had plenty of time to have that tire replaced. So we drove from Texas to California on this tire. By the time we dropped it off you could see the radial. this was extremely dangerous but luckily we made it in one piece. I did take a picture of the tire prior to departure.
Jerri SThe biggest plus for this location was their sign at the street for the drop off. I had driven past on my way to other businesses nearby & was unaware of their location. The drop off was very easy. No need to get out of my vehicle. I really appreciated that because I was very tired after my trip & unloading the trailer.

Wendy RThe truck was filthy and full of trash. There were sugar ants in the floor boards, the seats and steering wheel. There was no one at the pick up site with knowledge on how to use the equipment. I called in to Uhaul to make a report.

Darren RI haven't received a receipt for the truck yet. Also, not necessarily for this location but for the uhaul website. There is no way you are fitting a 1 br apartment in a 10 ft truck.

Pamela WI requested insurance and it was never added to my contract. The truck I received was mis-identified which lead to a long delay returning it in Wichita Falls.
Francis MI filled out paper work , asking for a 7:30 am pickup. I go to facility at 7:30, it's closed. I call haul , I'm told they open at 8:30. I show up at 8:30, closed. The guy show up at 9. He shows me on his computer it supposed to be a 9 am pickup. I was disappointed in this rental.

KIM KThis site is very convenient and helpful. I dropped the trailer off after hours and when I confirmed their receipt later by phone they were great to work with. By the way, as I was working to make sure that the afterhours drop was confirmed, I visited with one of your team by phone who is located at your Phoenix Corp office and they were very helpful. I appreciated her time and effort to make sure my experience was a good one.

JOEL MI don't understand why my credit card was charged $98 up front when the final bill is supposed to be for $59,9 (plus tax?). I hope this issue resolves itself eventually, or I will not be happy.
COLE YIt was well maintained except the driver's side seat belt did not work properly and could be a major safety issue.
ANITA BThis located is the best good people but the canyon drive on anarilllo poor did not even want to rent there comments were all rental is locked there all the way to Colorado .
