When returning the trailer, the app was horrible. We used two different phones and neither could make the location service work. There was no secondary place to make a call for assistance This ruined an otherwise great rental

Louis V.When I did the inspection I pointed out the bald tire and that some of the l.e.d. Taillights were out. I was told if they called someone out to fix it would be at least three hours. Now I made my reservation 5 days before I picked the trailer up so the location had plenty of time to have that tire replaced. So we drove from Texas to California on this tire. By the time we dropped it off you could see the radial. this was extremely dangerous but luckily we made it in one piece. I did take a picture of the tire prior to departure.
