I was confused and ended up at wrong pick-up location; however, the staff were exceedingly helpful in directing me to the correct pickup location.

No one was there the first time we went to drop off the trailer. When we went back later, no one would answer the phone or even acknowledge that we were there. The man was talking to a couple and I had to interrupt them to even tell him that we were leaving the trailer out front. 10 out of 10 terrible customer service.
