When I did the inspection I pointed out the bald tire and that some of the l.e.d. Taillights were out. I was told if they called someone out to fix it would be at least three hours. Now I made my reservation 5 days before I picked the trailer up so the location had plenty of time to have that tire replaced. So we drove from Texas to California on this tire. By the time we dropped it off you could see the radial. this was extremely dangerous but luckily we made it in one piece. I did take a picture of the tire prior to departure.

The biggest plus for this location was their sign at the street for the drop off. I had driven past on my way to other businesses nearby & was unaware of their location. The drop off was very easy. No need to get out of my vehicle. I really appreciated that because I was very tired after my trip & unloading the trailer.
