Did not have the truck I reserved, he did upgrade at no additional charge, no moving blankets as requested
JAMES RThe drop off building/office is pretty much a hole in the wall. But it is close to home. What it does have is a large storage lot (on grass/dirt). The best part is that a young employee was very helpful getting the trailer parked and unhitched.
Robert WLong delay getting the contract closed. I had to call Customer Service to resolve closing the contract.
Michael BI wish I could remember the young man's name who helped me out when returning my equipment. He back my car off the transport like a pro! He was polite and answered all of my questions. The entire process went very quickly!
Audrey PUp set due to the fact We were quoted $171 & then bill was over $200 that not with the fuel we put in it. Biggest complaint was getting there and it taken is 2 hours and talking to 3 people to get the uhaul. We had already had the reservation # but couldn't get the app to take it. Ending up having to do it through and order number. Then returning it was a pain in the butt and 30 to 45 minutes with that uhaul app taking pictures and the mileage. Larry DI was not told where to leave the key, but easily found the dropbox on the building upon return. I ordered a furniture dolly - the location did not have one, and removed the charge. My biggest concern was that I returned the vehicle at night .. the uhaul vehicles are parked in a field of sorts, away from the building and with absolutely no lighting in that area, which backs up to a wooded area. I returned the vehicle alone and did not like being out there alone, in the dark .. especially with having to stand out there to take multiple pictures of the vehicle .. otherwise, pleased with the rental
Julia CThey were not attentive, told me to drop the key in the box and they would check it later and then they charged my card a 20 dollar after hour fee. Not a good look.
Larry AFirst I checked in the guy told me yeah the trailer is parked at top of the hill it's the only 6'x12' up there. He had me go hook it up by myself no help, the trailer lights on the back right did not work, wires were torn and hanging down. I informed the guy of this and he came and looked at it and said it's just the back right side all the others work and he sent me on my way. When I returned the trailer I checked back in with the guy same day only had it for a few hours and they never even came outside to look at anything and said yeah just take it back up where you got it from and drop it back right where you got it. There was no checking me out or checking me back in and again no help. I asked if I was good to go if I needed to do anything else he told me know your good man. Two days later I got a call from uhaul asking when I was checking back in with the trailer and had to explain everything that happened and went on and the fact I had dropped it back off with them just before 5pm and let them know. Worst service from a uhaul place I had ever had and can't believe was sent on my way with defective equipment and not even offered an alternative trailer with working lights. Uhauls guarantee is they will give you $50 if they don't have your reservation when it's due to be picked up!! They should've given me a complete refund for lack of any help hooking up the trailer, nobody to check lights were working, and to check trailer for pre existing damage either when I picked it up or when I dropped it off. I don't understand why I wasn't offered a refund or at the very least the $50 dollar guarantee due to the fact they did not have a working safe trailer and I was sent on my way with what I had and that was it. I will not recommend uhaul to anyone or ever use uhaul again myself. I can't believe uhaul allows this place to rent out trailers for them!!! WORSE SERVICE EVER!!
Mitch OVehicle was dirty. Guy was unorganized and unsure if he even had the vehicle once I got there after having a reservation made. Double charged my account. Just terrible
Latarrus C* This place was NOT clean or inviting, very dirty facility, * Person that checked me in was not very customer service friendly * Didn't check out my vehicle for towing, I have towed many different size trailers before and was prepared so that was OK. * once signed in just sent me to the field to hook up trailer * trailers were parked out in a muddy field. * didn't explain any towing instructions * would not suggest using this location
Larry LTruck reservation included dolly's and pads, none were available. Charged for full time and with equipment. Dispute currently in process.
David MStaff said to put the trailer in their storage field. Due to past customers parking trailers however, so had to move two other trailers by hand just to make room so I could drop mine off. Even then, there wasn't enough room to back my rental in with a truck so it had to be done by hand.
David SPlace is cluttered and staff was too busy to check in my trailer. Took them 2 days after I dropped off to close the contract.
Dennis KThe staff who tried to get my rental squared away were very unhelpful. I was in the middle of signing a document and the owner walked away without saying anything leaving me standing there. He apparently told another guy I was ready but he left toward the trailers and didn't tell me to follow. I would say due to lack of communication if you are looking for a rental and haven't rented before try going somewhere else where staff might be a bit more helpful and communicate with you.

Lisa HI ordered the rental on line. Received a phone message later that the store I confirmed with would not have the truck I needed so my rental was transferred to a different location and that I would get an email with the new info. The ONLY email I received had the old info on it. When we arrived, they did not have any information on my reservation. They eventually helped track down where it was at and provided a phone #. In the original phone message I received, they stated the 2nd location would be open at 8:30 a.m. This was not true. The location did not open until 10 a.m. which caused us to miss part of the loading window we reserved with our pod. There were coffee cups still in the floor of the truck and mud on the floorboard. Other than that it was clean.

He checked our lights and said everything was working and when we got ready to leave our truck notified us that the left light on trailer wasn't working. We got out and checked it and it wasn't working. Very poor service and very poor location

Braden SThey didn't have the uhaul I rented and gave me a 10 ft truck instead. I was in a bind so I accepted this. A day later when I went to load the truck I noticed it was full of someone else's junk and smelled of cat urine. When I called them to get a resolution they told me to bring it back and wouldn't help me get another truck.

Trevor CThe instructions told you to look for a "GATE" to find the truck key. I was looking for a physical gate, instead it was the code for the lock on the liftgate on the truck. I had to walk back to the building through mud to get an answer.

ZACHARY CThe 5'x8' trailer I rented did not have tail lights that worked and I didn't have time to take it back to exchange. This unit should be taken off the road to prevent someone from getting hurt.
REX LLights did not work properly on tow dolly though "checked" by UHaul agent. Place was muddy, equipment in a muddy field. Poor overall image and service. Will not use this location again. Could have been cited for no brake lights, only left turn signal on dolly. No running lights.
WILLIAM DIt was difficult to navigate as they asked us to drop the trailer in a very muddy field. Also, we returned the trailer on Dec 1 about 4:15 but they showed as return on Dec 5. We did talk to an employee of the lot upon arrival. He told us not to go inside that we should drop and go- nothing else to do.

Darrel TNot give customer the run around. If customer has good experience they will return. Personally, I will never use uhaul again! This was the worst experience and I won't recommend anyone to you!
Michael HThe rep was advised of a certificate issued by my employer yet because he wasnt familiar with this type of payment, he processed our transaction using our debit card instead of reaching out for assistance. His error caused a delay with our rental attempting to resolve the issue and placed us in a financial bind while we awaited our funds to be refunded 3-5 days later when it only took seconds for his error to cause us distress.
Shane CPay attention to what you're doing when processing a customers order and communicate clearly any changes you make to the customers drop off location. This by far has been the absolute worse experience I've had with uhaul and I will never recommend nor utilize this company for any future moves. After unpacking, we dropped of all of the equipment at the initial scheduled drop off location at between 1000 and 1100 in the morning. Then the manager hangs up on me when I attempted to get the resolved.
Shane CCharge customers money for things I've never heard of before and I am a regular U-Haul customer. The app did not work in their area and I was charged $20 and refunded the amount, with an unfriendly message I needed to use the app by the district manager.
Justin BI had to wait for 5 minutes just to get someone to help me. It was 3:30 in the afternoon and no other customers were there. After I parked the truck I had to wait for another 10 minutes just to give someone my Keyes. I didn't get properly checked in, and the staff was very annoyed that I was even there.

Dan BOwner was pissed I couldn't get the website to work. It showed no trailers available for rent. He took forever to go through the process. He seemed very inept. He didn't email or explain the contract of when I had to return it. He had a sock monkey hanging from a noose in his garage. ASSHOLE.
