Lights did not work properly on tow dolly though "checked" by UHaul agent. Place was muddy, equipment in a muddy field. Poor overall image and service. Will not use this location again. Could have been cited for no brake lights, only left turn signal on dolly. No running lights.WILLIAM D.

It was difficult to navigate as they asked us to drop the trailer in a very muddy field. Also, we returned the trailer on Dec 1 about 4:15 but they showed as return on Dec 5. We did talk to an employee of the lot upon arrival. He told us not to go inside that we should drop and go- nothing else to do.linda M.

The rep was advised of a certificate issued by my employer yet because he wasnt familiar with this type of payment, he processed our transaction using our debit card instead of reaching out for assistance. His error caused a delay with our rental attempting to resolve the issue and placed us in a financial bind while we awaited our funds to be refunded 3-5 days later when it only took seconds for his error to cause us distress.Shane C.
Pay attention to what you're doing when processing a customers order and communicate clearly any changes you make to the customers drop off location. This by far has been the absolute worse experience I've had with uhaul and I will never recommend nor utilize this company for any future moves. After unpacking, we dropped of all of the equipment at the initial scheduled drop off location at between 1000 and 1100 in the morning. Then the manager hangs up on me when I attempted to get the resolved.Shane C.
Charge customers money for things I've never heard of before and I am a regular U-Haul customer. The app did not work in their area and I was charged $20.00 and refunded the amount, with an unfriendly message I needed to use the app by the district manager.Justin B.
I had to wait for 5 minutes just to get someone to help me. It was 3:30 in the afternoon and no other customers were there. After I parked the truck I had to wait for another 10 minutes just to give someone my Keyes. I didn't get properly checked in, and the staff was very annoyed that I was even there.Brandon E.

Owner was pissed I couldn't get the website to work. It showed no trailers available for rent. He took forever to go through the process. He seemed very inept. This location was very close, and worked well for me on that issue. However, this location is a tire store and that is there main concern. Staff was nice, just different than I'm used to. Slower pace in this part of the country, I'm use to very fast paced.William G.
The place is a mess. The employee was preoccupied with his cell phone and other business while processing my rental. I called ahead to speed things up and nobody answered the phone. There were F-bombs being dropped by employees in a back room.Kevin B.

I had an issue with the electrical on my truck. They took the time to help track it down and get me on my way. They were an awesome help. I will definitely rent from that location again.Joseph V.
I didn't see anyone at either location. There was black grease on the bottom of the back door. It was not possible to open with the lift strap or bottom edge without getting heavy grease on your hands. On the ramp as well. It was also on the cargo pads which I did not order and could not use. The cab had heavy cigarette smell. Other than that, the truck was a truck.Clyde H.
