PEDRO DGuy argued with me, truck was dirty. Engine cover was not locked in place and blew up as I was driving down the road. Not happy with the experience. Wipers on truck didnt work well. Had to walk a quarter of a mile then drive it on my dime.back to the store to obtain the blanket. Advised the store owner of my disability and he said you can either not rent the truck or go get.it yourself instead of helping. Do not send large

Thomas MI can't comment on whether it's well maintained. This is the first time I've ever rented a U-Haul. It did seem to drive reasonably well. It was kinda hard to adjust all the mirrors and it did make a lot of internal noises, but I think that's just the nature of the beast, I would do it again
JOSEPH RCockroaches in the truck, stains on the seat, debris everywhere. Did not have the furniture dolly I rented.

Armand Cno A/C; ramp was broken and unusable. It was a Sunday and I couldn't exchange - I had to use it as it was. Horrible experience. Why am I being charged for this?
ROBERT AHorrible experience. 30 days in advance I had scheduled my pickup for A Sunday at 9am in Bonita Springs fl & the day before my pickup in the afternoon a U-Haul place in the town 30 minutes away left me a message that my reservation for Sunday was cancelled in Bonita Springs because they would be closed and I had to go to the U-Haul in the town 30 minutes away in ft Myers to pick it up before they closed that day or wait until Monday to pick it up which would have screwed up my whole move. So we raced up th the ft Myers U-Haul and arrived 15 minutes before they closed.
KAREN COverall experience with exception truck could use a little maintenance, but nothing too serious

DANIEL MEverything was good, one exception was the vehicle had less than a 1/4 tank of gas (60miles) and I was about to leave on a 200 mile trip. Should be a full tank imo. Or at least over half 1/2 a tank.
ROY MThis was a mobile service drop-off so there were not personal available. I was very confused as to where to drop the vehicle off since this was in a shopping center and some of the vehicles were parked at opposite ends of the parking lot. The UPS mail box located in the lot was deceiving also since a quick glance would tell you that this was likely the drop box to leave the key. I do like the mobile option though.

JAMES BThe vehicle had a serious exhaust leak, filling the cabin with extremely strong fumes. This vehicle should have never been rented. Thankfully I was able to drive with all windows open and only had to go a short distance.

MEGAN MThe truck did have trash in it from a previous renter, some water bottles and a juice too while some were visible. visibly in the cabin. The other seats popped out when you drove.

SHELLY DThe van wasn't very clean when we picked it up. There was dog food and poo(?) in the back. The pictures on the app weren't the correct pics (the spot that said rear showed the front of the van, the spot that was supposed to show the inside showed the outside & the pic of the dash showed the wrong amount of gas. ). The mobile check in/out process took way longer than necessary. We've used U haul several times the last couple of years, but never used this location before. Probably won't again.
