They charge me $30 in gas but when I picked up the truck it was between a quarter of a tank and E and that's exactly where I brought it back at

KYLE N.The truck has multiple dents in the side. In addition, it was left up to me to fill up the truck. The previous person left it close to empty. When I stepped in the truck, it said there was only 35miles left till empty.

They were rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, and made the process very unsettling. I left worried I would be overcharged for things that were not our fault. I definitely will not be renting a truck from their facility.
Krystal H.Reservation was not ready on original date. No call, no email. This cost me 120$ in movers who couldn't get to work Thursday afternoon. Customer service guaranteed that I would get a discount at time of pickup. None was offered nor given upon request. Merchant was not helpful nor cared to look into my claim. Customer service made no notes in the system as promised. Equipment requested wasn't ready.

JHON S.It wasn't the people at this locations fault however the pick up location was far away from where we reserved the truck and where we usually pick it up from. Found cigar garbage under the seat and the check engine light was on. Thankfully nothing happened on our trip.

Elizabeth C.Front tries were not only bald they had steel belt showing, horn did not work and airbag light on dash. Trash in floor board and under seats. Seals not on rental equipment in cargo area… the site owner obviously does not do follow up walk around la and does not care to rent out a very unsafe truck.

Frantz B.The person who worked at this facility was definitely doing some questionable outside business with the truck . When I got there to pick up the truck he claimed that , since we had arrived late , the truck was rented to someone else … to his surprised I had already spoken to UHAUL so they were aware I was arriving late . I immediately called UHAUL and they told me the truck WAS available. The man did not know what to say to justify his lie and had to give us the truck . Not sure what he was planning to do but definitely gave us a hard time for a reason . UHAUL person who helped me on the phone was great . Our issue was only with the person in charge at the pick up location.

The way things are today it is almost an oddity to receive the outstanding quality of service that was given me yesterday. I will use this location again and give it 2 thumbs up and five stars.
James M.My reservation was switched last minute to this place 43 minutes from my reservation spot. This ate into my gas , miles and time to remove what was eft of my families furniture. While there when asked if we needed blankets and or dollys and we dod not.. We were told to go get our truck randomly in a parking lot, bring it to their front door unliaf all their blankets (about 18) while the owner sat in his chair. So we did his job..and once again used our gas, time and miles.. soo disapointed !!

Informed the employee it was disgusting in the truck and he shrugged his shoulders and said no one was there to clean it. He was nonchalant the entire time I was voicing concerns and he couldn't care less.
Kayla G.Was told they could not locate the drop off location we chose but we could choose any location to drop off the truck at no charge this was not true. Then after leaving we received a text with a location chosen for us. This is not what we wanted and would have needed to pay an extra fee to drop off where we wanted. We chose the location off the uhaul website so if I could find it I'm sure these gentlemen could have but chose to take the easy path.
