Great service wonderful depot to deal with.
JAMES BThe vehicle had a serious exhaust leak, filling the cabin with extremely strong fumes. This vehicle should have never been rented. Thankfully I was able to drive with all windows open and only had to go a short distance.

MEGAN MThe truck did have trash in it from a previous renter, some water bottles and a juice too while some were visible. visibly in the cabin. The other seats popped out when you drove.

SHELLY DThe van wasn't very clean when we picked it up. There was dog food and poo(?) in the back. The pictures on the app weren't the correct pics (the spot that said rear showed the front of the van, the spot that was supposed to show the inside showed the outside & the pic of the dash showed the wrong amount of gas. ). The mobile check in/out process took way longer than necessary. We've used U haul several times the last couple of years, but never used this location before. Probably won't again.

LOURDES BThe location was okay, The trailer should've had a hand crank /wheel to make it easier to hitch & unhitch the trailer. I also had a blowout (tire) on the interstate. So, the equipment wasn't well maintained.
JOHN HI used the Palm Beach location then you changed it day before to Colonial. 20 miles out of my way! Inconvenience and cost was 20 dollars more! Not happy!!
PAUL ZDifficult to find as U-Haul sign was small. Although in the same plaza, the equipment is located in a separate and tight parking lot after an intersection that's 100+ yards away and by a Domino's pizza with their own heavy customer traffic exiting into this lot. Google Maps verifies this. Most importantly, you are on your own to do the hookup and taillights verification. Upon return, the drop was difficult to back in with traffic and one driver was very vocal. Otherwise the clerk was nice and to my surprise they included U-Haul blankets for free. Seven in my case which I didn't need or even had space for so blankets had to go in the car. I've used U-Haul dozens of times with three kids through college, apartments and homes. This particular rental was highly irregular.
Mark Fthe truck brake are not working properly, the truck only slow down but don’t stops when you hit brakes . the accelerator also seems to be touch when barely touching the accelerator the trucks jumps and moves really fast
ROBERTO JThe driver side seat adjuster was not working. Could not lift up to see well. First, the pressure tire sensor came on, then there was heavy rain, and the traction control plus the engine light began blinking. Lastly, the transmission would not change gears. I notified the person in the store of the issues.
Lisa PThis uhaul experience has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was scheduled to pickup my truck at 1pm but arrived in florida early after driving straight through from Massachusetts. After calling customer service to see if any other trucks were available for an earlier pickup, i got a new pickup location and drove there. Upon arrival, it was unclear how to access the vehicle as all the directions and photos were outdated. Once finding the lockbox, it would not open even after trying multiple combinations given by the customer service representative i was on the phone with. They told me they could not do anything about this and I had to wait until the next day to get a truck. This extended my stay and cost me extra money and time. I then arrive to the pickup location the next morning and nobody was at the business and I AGAIN could not get a truck and had to drive to yet another location. This was beyond frustrating and the customer service throughout was horrible. A slight discount is like a slap in the face for how awful this experience was. After this I will absolutely never be using uhaul again.

However, as I was more than two third towards my first pickup location the check engine light kept coming on and off and the vehicle struggled to avoid stalling at traffic lights. By putting the truck in neutral at these spots, I was able to avoid any engine stalls.my journey was less than 20 miles round trip so I kept on my mission. The outside rear view mirrors were frozen and not able to be adjusted. Clearly, the truck was not in a rentable condition mechanically when I took it and it should not have been allowed to be available in its condition. Moving things is stressful enough. The truck's mechanical condition at the time of rental should not have been a concern, yet it was, which made our rental experience highly unsatisfactory. I will have to think twice before I rent with U-Haul again.

Jose RAfter completing the paperwork in the store, I was sent out on my own to hook up the trailer. I had questions about connecting and had to walk across the parking lot to go back into the store and request that someone come out to check that I had correctly hooked up the trailer. I think it would benefit both the merchant and the customer if someone from the store would make it a regular practice to come outside each time and make sure the customer can operate the equipment properly.

DOUGLAS SI returned the truck on Sunday, not Monday. The U-haul app would not allow me to "return vehicle." It would not scan the barcode. I entered the mileage, gas level and date/time of return into the app, and the app kept spinning and wouldn't process. After 30 minutes of this, I put in the keys in the drop box and left. I was charged an extra day.

Liza SCustomer service was great treated me respect even though I wasn't at my best. Was frustrated with another company that didn't provide me with truck and equipment I had reserved for an out of state move. With your company I was to a truck and a car trailer at the last minute. I give 10 stars on the service provided to me. I will continue to use your services when needed.
Madelyn Ci recommended a 10" foot truck and it didnt look like 10" foot truck and on the back of the truck never wasn"t clean and the cup holder was durty it look like black coffe and they didnt clean it we put our phone there a my iphone was stuck and it was stuff brown stuck on my phone and all over my ears and sticky and i found cigarette around edge of both window door and i dont smoke

rick mThe check engine light and tow haul lights were lit. The vehicle was filthy in the cab area. The air conditioning did not work. The staff at this location are awesome, but the truck was a disappointment.

Todd BThe engine didn't run the way it should. The engine chugged and almost quit many times when coming to a stop and then accelerating. The service engine light was on on the dash. The Air Conditioner did not work, it blew nothing but hot air. I feel I should have been given a discount, I mentioned a discount to the manager but wasn't offered one.
david jThe trucks let me know there was a dealer in the area. But there was no signage to tell me where the office was located. We looked it up on the Internet and then called to find the location of the office. Super nice guys 朗鸞
