I returned the truck on Sunday, not Monday. The U-haul app would not allow me to "return vehicle." It would not scan the barcode. I entered the mileage, gas level and date/time of return into the app, and the app kept spinning and wouldn't process. After 30 minutes of this, I put in the keys in the drop box and left. I was charged an extra day.

Liza SCustomer service was great treated me respect even though I wasn't at my best. Was frustrated with another company that didn't provide me with truck and equipment I had reserved for an out of state move. With your company I was to a truck and a car trailer at the last minute. I give 10 stars on the service provided to me. I will continue to use your services when needed.
Madelyn Ci recommended a 10" foot truck and it didnt look like 10" foot truck and on the back of the truck never wasn"t clean and the cup holder was durty it look like black coffe and they didnt clean it we put our phone there a my iphone was stuck and it was stuff brown stuck on my phone and all over my ears and sticky and i found cigarette around edge of both window door and i dont smoke

rick mThe check engine light and tow haul lights were lit. The vehicle was filthy in the cab area. The air conditioning did not work. The staff at this location are awesome, but the truck was a disappointment.

Todd BThe engine didn't run the way it should. The engine chugged and almost quit many times when coming to a stop and then accelerating. The service engine light was on on the dash. The Air Conditioner did not work, it blew nothing but hot air. I feel I should have been given a discount, I mentioned a discount to the manager but wasn't offered one.
david jThe trucks let me know there was a dealer in the area. But there was no signage to tell me where the office was located. We looked it up on the Internet and then called to find the location of the office. Super nice guys 朗鸞

KYLE NThe truck has multiple dents in the side. In addition, it was left up to me to fill up the truck. The previous person left it close to empty. When I stepped in the truck, it said there was only 35miles left till empty.

They were rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, and made the process very unsettling. I left worried I would be overcharged for things that were not our fault. I definitely will not be renting a truck from their facility.
Krystal HReservation was not ready on original date. No call, no email. This cost me 120$ in movers who couldn't get to work Thursday afternoon. Customer service guaranteed that I would get a discount at time of pickup. None was offered nor given upon request. Merchant was not helpful nor cared to look into my claim. Customer service made no notes in the system as promised. Equipment requested wasn't ready.

Michael GAt the drop off location my wife returned the truck with the same amount of gas when the truck was pick up and I was charged $22 dollars I don’t think this is fair what can you do you can give me back my $22 dollars
JHON SIt wasn't the people at this locations fault however the pick up location was far away from where we reserved the truck and where we usually pick it up from. Found cigar garbage under the seat and the check engine light was on. Thankfully nothing happened on our trip.
Lori ARemove the open Uhaul brand lock which was attached but no key was given to us. It's an accidental locking, locksmith fee, delay & frustration waiting to happen to your clients.
