Office was closed when we arrived. There was no cellphone service or internet so it was impossible to pick up the van without driving somewhere else to get service so we could call customer service and also use the app. Also, the inside of the truck where the cargo goes was filthy! Shame on U-haul! Very disappointing. Why do you use this location when it's impossible to use your app or reach your customer service reps to be able to check in and get the keys???

RYAN PI was reassigned to this location only a few hours before my reservation. THERE IS PRACTICALLY NO CELL RECEPTION HERE, MAKING 24/7 AUTOMATIC CHECKOUT NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE. I called support, who could give me no alternatives to checking in. Ultimately she put me on hold for twenty minutes before hanging up. This site should not offer 24/7 pick up.

Thomas MI believe Doreen is who assisted me when l dropped off tbe truck and she was great! Super kind. And the l had a woman named Karen l believe assist me with extending my reservation since the Uhaul app was not working. I definitely highly recommend these 2 customer service agents for excellent service.

John BThe wire harness for the lights was missing from the trailer so I had to purchase one from a parts store in order use the trailer legally. I tried to call the pick-up location once I realized it wasn't provided but they were closed already. I tried to report it on the link provided in a text I received but the link wouldn't work. If the hook-up picture taken by the pick-up location attendant is reviewed you will see there is no wire harness for the lights in the picture.

Anton SChecked in and came after hours, did not get code to open lock box upon check in. Called uhaul and waited 40 minutes for some one to call us back, had to reset several times and talked us through it for 45 minutes. Nightmare but Natalie the agent was a trooper.

Marcio ALeft rear caliper or something on brake was hung up after driving 15 miles / colluded of fried egg on tire it was so hot/ never used it to move/ messed up my whole day. Gas reading was wrong in truck/was not cleaned out from prior rental!

Samuel DGas was at 7/8 filled to start. I took a picture and I called the office, they would get with the management. I did fill it up at the end. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the interior light.

CORPORATE IS DISGRACEFUL...I BOOKED 3 TRUCKS IN HONESDALE 8 MILES FROM MY LOCATION...AND 48 HOURS PRIOR I AM INFORMED I NEED TO PICKUP 2 OF THE VEHICLES IN 2 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND 30 MILES EACH WAY FROM ME. THE 3RD VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN ASSIGNED YET.....I WAS TOLD I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ADDED MILEAGE.. BECAUSE OF THE TIMELINESS OF MAKING ARRANGEMENTS TO GET TO BOTH PLACES IN OPPOSITE DIRECTIONS...I COULD NOT COMPLY WITH 24 HOUR USAGE...SO HAD TO EXTEND ANOTHER DAY FOR BOTH VEHICLES. WHEN I EXPRESSED MY DISSATISFACTION AND DISAPPOINTMENT TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP, I WAS TOLD THAT'S THE WAY IT GOES... I ASKED AGAIN ABOUT THE 3RD RESERVATION...AND WAS TOLD HE WOULD CHECK INTO IT...PUT ME ON A 5 MINUTE HOLD AND SAID HE COULD GET ME A 10 FOOT TRUCK INSTEAD OF THE 15 I RESERVED AND THAT IT WAS IN SCRANTON 50 MILES AWAY...I DECLINED AND CANCELLED THE RESERVATION..... YOU GUYS ARE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY...NOR ACCOMMODATING. OR UNDERSTANDING TO THE COSTS. I'LL BE SURE TO TELL PEOPLE I KNOW HOW POOR YOUR SERVICE IS.
