Have profecional for maintenance you equipment and don't have costumer's running from one place to another don't give difrent equipment without erese the original contract this is my expirens I rent this equipment at 2:00 pm and the person star working to fix a issues burn the fuses at my truck then he bring me to a difrent location to pick a difrent unit w not contract for the unit the release this at 7:00 pm.

They are always fast and friendly. If I call him and need a truck, he treats me like he would a family member. I often need a truck or van on the spur of the moment, and he always accommodates me! I have recommended this location to several people, and I will continue to go to this location.

Tom was great he referred me to a great moving company that was fast courteous and carefully with my items. They weren't the cheapest as they advertise but they are the best I agree because we have used big companies in the past and these guys were better and I can't say enough great things about Toms service his recommendation made our day last minute. Thank you tom. Oh the moving company near me that we booked I found on www.gr8labor.com I believe their name was GR8LABOR number was 614-887-7826.

Tom’s Place was totally outstanding. My reservation was actually for somewhere else and I did not get an email or text that it had changed to Tom’s. I just happened to stop by the original place early in the day since it was close to my home to discover a sign that they were closed! Once I made a call and found out where I was suppose to go for pickup I arrived and Tom was wonderful even with my cranky attitude. Folks, if you want great customer service go see Tom’s Place in Reynoldsburg!!
