You guys are great
PETRO KMy tuck was supposed to be picked up at 1pm at counter. It was then turned in to mobile pick up with out my knowledge due to an emergency the the owner had and I understand things happen. I didnt leave with truck till 2pm trying to get mobile option, which cost me more because my movers didn't start on time and couldn't finish everything because due to another move. I had to pay an extra hour for movers. When I took truck back someone literally park their rental truck in the middle of entrance smh! It would nice to be reimbursed for my inconvenience.
Natasha MI have rented UHauls from Tom three times over the last five years. He is so easy to work with and I have never had a problem. Trucks are clean and well maintained.
