Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisPicking up the U\-Haul was a smooth and easy process with Tom. However, I specifically requested to use two separate cards for the charges instead of one, and Tom assured me that this would not be an issue. Upon returning the U\-Haul, I noticed that one of my cards had been charged the full amount, while the other card still had a pending charge. When I contacted Tom regarding the situation, he explained that this sometimes happens. I expressed my frustration because this possibility should have been communicated to me beforehand.Had I known, I would have used a completely different card. My entire reason for splitting the payment was to avoid increasing the credit utilization on one card. Unfortunately, the only resolution offered was an apology. While I appreciate the apology, I believe customers should be informed of potential issues with payment processing so they can make informed financial decisions. What was initially a positive rental experience ended with unnecessary frustration and disappointment.
Camilia PMake sure they know that the back door is open and to close it before you take off.
