Make sure there more space to drop off very tight

Levanston AThe headlights and windshield wipers need replaced. Also, the check engine light came on. I still would rent from this location, just please perform better maintenance on the vehicles.
Crystal RThe parking lot was very tight. I recommend this location because it was closest to me. I do not recommend the app for checking in/out the vehicle. App was super slow, could not find my location with my phone. The whole process should have been quick and easy.

Jeffrey WWas told had a little under 3/4 tank of gas. Only went 8 miles. Charged $7,12 for gas and had it at 3/4 tank. 4 miles to the gallon? Also driver's seat would not adjust from as far back as it would goaking it very hard to drive. Should have been fixed before renting. Rented on line and picked up also. I would recommend having someone there when you rent truck
Michael KThe representative for the corporation was very courteous and efficient. The office however was filthy. There were old pieces of machinery all over the property outside as well as inside the office.

NADINE RLocation is very conveniently located for residents of multiple cities/towns. Extremely friendly staff. Tom himself does it all. Equipment is always well-maintained, clean, and no mechanical issues. Tom will work with you in any situation you have. I cannot stress how friendly and helpful he is. Location also has a vast variety of options for renting vans, trucks, trailers, etc. Highly recommend this location for anyone living nearby or just someone that wants a seamless experience.

richard sWe had to book this uhaul the night before, and given that we were renting on New Year's Eve, I was nervous we would even be able to. We were able to book it, pick it up the next morning, and we had no issues throughout the entire process. The truck was needed for a dire situation, and I am so thankful that Toms Place came through for us!

NICK ATom's Place has been great both times I've rented. I would absolutely return and suggest this place to anyone else. Getting the rental on the app can take a minute to get used to, but once you get going it's fine!
