Dontrell BVisited this location because it was 10 minutes out side of hometown. . Arrived to the location, didn't get the truck I reserved online. No reason as to why. Then there was some only one truck available. Worker/owner had no idea how to give us a truck he had to call someone else on the phone for help. Place is surrounded by guys hanging on property. When we retuned them truck no one was there to check it in.
Shynaste MLorenzo had difficulty adding the road side assistance to my bill but worked diligently until the process was complete. He also inspected the equipment to insure everything was in working order

Bryant GTerrible experience. Owner wasn't there and had already rented out the trailer. There were a bunch of folks standing around smoking pot.
Andy HWe had to drive 53 miles to pick up this truck when we have 2 Uhaul locations in our town 39090. It cost us 2 1/2 hours of time. We thought we were picking up local. Then our order was canceled before we could ever get the truck. It was the worst ordeal!!!

LASHONDA JWell my uhaul was there when I arrive to pick it up it was rented to someone else fifteen minutes earlier and I should be charge anything for renting it it took me about 2 hr to get another thinks to the owner of the store for going out of his way for picking up one for me
