Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLorenzo did another great job getting our trailer. We are in the middle of a cross-state move and he really helps ease the stress by always coming through with the equipment. Thanks! Have rented 9 trailers so far!
Wayne JMake sure that equipment is checked in on day turned in.
MONICA PThe communication for site is horrible it was to many issues
Alexis HI received a notification the morning of my pick up that my original location did not have requested U-Haul even though I reserved it 4 days in advance. Only to be told that I would have to drive 20 miles out of the way to get my U-Haul. Once there the person in charge of the rental was not at the pickup location and had to wait 30 mins to get the truck.
