Dontrell B.Visited this location because it was 10 minutes out side of hometown. . Arrived to the location, didn't get the truck I reserved online. No reason as to why. Then there was some only one truck available. Worker/owner had no idea how to give us a truck he had to call someone else on the phone for help. Place is surrounded by guys hanging on property. When we retuned them truck no one was there to check it in.
Shynaste M.Lorenzo had difficulty adding the road side assistance to my bill but worked diligently until the process was complete. He also inspected the equipment to insure everything was in working order
