They charged us for 3 gallons of gas even though I returned it like I received it. Tired of being ripped off by UHaul. Refund my $$ you stole

The truck I received was so old it ended up breaking down after 30 miles of driving it. Fortunately, I broke down near a huge U-Haul center that was able to get me rolling in another truck within an hour.

It's not a big problem, but I picked up the truck and went straight to my home, which was less than a mile away. We loaded the truck and came to our home, which is 2 miles from Robert Lee. We unloaded the truck and brought it to the drop-off spot in San Angelo. Was charged 7,9 miles extra.

the online check in was down. the check outs took too long. not the staff or facility’s fault.

The tires were not properly evaluated. The tires on the driver side were warped causing the trailer to bounce, making it difficult to drive the truck. The tires on the passenger were previsouly repaired. The repairs did not hold. One tire went flat while driving. We were forced to sit and wait for road side service. This cost us 2,5 hours of lost driving time. We had to make serval adjustments to reschedule help and rebook hotel reservations. When I tried calling this location, no one answered and I got a message stating the number had been disconnected. I don't ask this often but I believe the Uhaul company should offer a fair refund for the inconvenience, stress, lost drive time and time taken to reschedule services and help, not to mention the poor customer service at the drop off location. I suggest a refund of $250.00. I will wait to receive an email confirmation my credit card has received the refund.

This location closes at 5:00 on Saturdays, so as long as you do not need any assistance with checking the truck back in (we didn't, thankfully)...this is a great location. If you are technology-challenged or don't have a phone with good data, I would not suggest this site. However, it is clean and safe.

Take better care of the vehicles mechanically. The truck seemed like it was going to fall apart. No way could be driven in the rain or at night. Had to use towel to get the dew of windshield, wipers just smeared water. When driving in the evening, you cant even tell the lights were on.

The only issue was the trailer roof was leaking during a heavy rain. Customer service, which I contacted twice for un related reasons was extremely helpful!

I had my stuff in storage at the facility and I couldn't of asked for a better experience. The staff was always kind and helpful. My belongings were never touched or rummaged through. I felt very comfortable leaving my things there

There was a promise made at the time I made the reservation of one month free rent, after a U-haul rental. When I got to the office of U Lock It I was told that they did not offer that discount. Rude
