I selected the option for furniture dolly. Upon arrival I was told there wasn't one available. If I select the options I need, uhaul shouldn't make a location available that don't have the said items. That location shouldn't have been a choice for me if they didn't have that type of dolly that I required. This is not negative towards location! Disappointed in U-Haul customer service!CHRISTINA D.

I literally drove 8 miles in this truck and the fuel gauge didn't even move from half and I was charged over $9 for yall refueling it at $3.25 gallon that would mean I used 3 gallons of gas going 8 miles??? everything else other then this went fine but I feel that is just a way to get money for nothing because I know that truck did not use 3 gallons of gas going 8 miles when gauge was not even moved. The $6.25 (10% of my bill) charge for using a credit card is excessive and was not explained in advance as I would have written s checkbhad it been explained. I'm sure it's in the fine print but full disclosure is a must from a customer service perspective. Last time to use U-Haul!!!!JAMES A.

I was very upset with how disorganized my reservation of 3 and 1/2 weeks had become, I was transferred to this location the week before picking up the truck and automotive transport and didn't receive a call until I was on my way to pick it up (which was also a 45 minute drive to this location) that they didn't have the correct size truck. Then I had to pay about $100 more in gas because of this issue for a truck size I didn't feel comfortable driving at all for 30 hours. I was genuinely not happy with any of it. Plus the truck cabin smelt like straight smoke from cigarettes and that was upsetting knowing now some of my things would begin to smell like that as well.Nolynn F.

I don't recommend the 24/7 self pick up! First of all there is a one hour lock out from your reservation time, that they do not disclose anywhere during the process; after 45 minutes on the phone, an agent reset our time, when we missed the original window by 10 minutes. WORSE! They system auto populates the last mileage IN... the family before us reversed a few numbers (in their favor) and we could alter the start mileage. We were charged 200 extra miles, no way to check the truck out or return it without getting charged. We took the photos of the odometer/interior and exterior and uploaded at the time of pick up, but it did not change. The only consolation was the staff on the 800# were kind and immediately saw our photo proved the contract before us was wrong. We still had to wait 72 hours to get a refund on the error. The whole process was a nightmare. The truck was dirty inside too... It's been a while since I rented Uhaul but this location on a Sunday was set up horribly... they KNEW they had a Sunday reservation and didn't even prep the truck or check their data before leaving for the weekend.
