I no longer required a storage site. It was a very convenient place and I always felt that it was secure.

I was never able to gain access to the unit. Calls not returned. Refund denied. I never made it past the gate as my gate code never worked.

There was a promise made at the time I made the reservation of one month free rent, after a U-haul rental. When I got to the office of U Lock It I was told that they did not offer that discount. Rude
