Jose L.On days that you know you will be having many customers, possibly have more employees on to handle the amount of customers. I also think that the phone number for the Lynnway should go directly to the Lynnway. Or possibly, because the beginning of the month is very busy, like I left on my survey, I have 2 tbi's ( traumatic brain injury) so when I was highly stressed during my move , and extremely anxious cuz peggy and joanne were so kind and patient and explained things so thorough to me, and I knew I couldn't get the van back by 5, I tried calling the phone number and I ended up hanging up cuz I was losing time packing, knowing they would call me. Perhaps a # the customers could text if they need to contact the store on their receipt or sent to their phone that goes to the store somehow. the employees could see it on the computer or whatever so they can continue to work and get back to customer when they can.

Leigh T.The left rear tire was low when I picked it up. The staff (they were great) filled it up but knew it was an ongoing problem. The next day the same tire registered low on air and I had to fill it. So it's an ongoing problem that they knew needed to be fixed but didn't fix it.

The day I rented the storage till the very end, my boyfriend and I were treated with nothing but kindness. They go above and beyond expected customer service. 5 Stars! Public Storage you pay more and get the worse customer service (cold and detacted). Just trying to get into my storage was always a hassel, broken elevators and carts.
