The truck did smell like a keg of beer exploded in it, but it appeared clean. The pick-up and drop-off was quick and efficient. The young man that handled the reservation pick-up was very nice and personable. Great experience. Thank you.

Making a reservation and picking up the equipment were very easy and fast. If I had any problems they were resolved quickly by either customer service or the people at the U-Haul location.

The only thing i would recommend to improve is that the windows and mirrors be cleaned properly before a new customer rents and try's to drive (the front windshield on the interior was in horrible condition for driving) Also, i was not given the proper amount of blankets and if i did not bring it up early i probably would of gotten charged for the miscount. The employees were wonderful people to work with.

When I got my bill there was a 22 dollar fuel fee! Totally disappointed because I went 3 miles and the fuel gauge that they gave me was totally false! I put 10 dollars in gas and it was than what I started with!

Attendant Elizabeth Harrington was extremely rude, took her sweet time and when asked why she took a picture of my license on her phone she had an attitude and began swearing at us. Will never go to this location again. In fact, our family has a storage unit and we will be moving out of it.

Like usual, I reserved a pick up truck several days before my Sunday pick up . We arrived early for our 9 AM pick up, were meet with an extremely long line wasn’t moving. You had a new poorly trained employee and a pitbull working behind the counter, not the regular manager that does a good job. After a 15 minute wait in line, I was told “oh the truck is broken and you can’t have it“! Me being the genius a.m. suggested “would you possibly have a van since I’ve been here for 20 minutes“ that’s when the pitbull snapped “well all right we could look“!

My reservation was not met. I had to switch trucks and took me an extra hour and a half to move due to truck not being available. The employee could not get ahold of his manager and therefore did not give me the $50 guaranteed by U-Haul for a missed or messed up reservation. He did however throw in a free dolly but I was not finished moving until 12:30am.

When I picked the truck up the seat had a large sticky area on it that obviously wasn't cleaned from the previous usage. Also I had forgotten to get gas when I returned the truck so I asked the associate how much I would be charged since the location was closing and I was exhausted from a long day of moving. I was informed that I would only be charged about $4/gal. I ended up being charged $85 for a quarter tank of gas which includes a $30 service fee that was never mentioned. I'm extremely unhappy with the lack of effort and transparency from the employees.

Friendly staff The pick up was fine. The girl got the paperwork done quickly. The kid helped me load the trailer. The drop off could have went better. Pulled up to drop off area where it says to wait for someone to come out No one came out. Went in and asked if they wanted me to put it back where I got it. A different girl told me to just put the trailer against the fence. Well, there was no place against the fence. So I asked if she wanted it in the customer parking. I was told to just put it by the fence. Really? So I go out to look where I can put this trailer. Finally the kid that helped me load it came out. I asked where he wanted it and he told me I can put it where I got it. The kid was great and very helpful Thankfully. The girl in the afternoon was no help. There were no customers in the store and 3 people behind the counter. You think she would have gotten up and been more specific where to put the trailer. Instead of "just up against the fence". Work on customer service. The last thing I want to do after moving stuff all day is have a hard time returning equipment.

Tried doing the check-in with the mobile app and went all the way up until a van number was given just to realize that the staff had already given that same van to another customer, then cancelled and the system a signed a different van, and this second one had also been assigned to a different customer. I, then, went inside to seek help from the attendant and when explained the issue they told that I was wrong, that the system could've not assigned the van number I was claiming I had. All that without looking at my phone nor their computer. It got worse when the attendant assigned a different this was the 3rd one already and when I'm already in it getting ready to leave I realized that the gas reading on the dashboard did not match the contract, I come back to the attendant and she comes out and check and says that there are new employees and they must have put it in wrong and that she would fix and told to feel free to leave. Given the previous mishaps I was not comfortable leaving at this point without making sure this was corrected first, so I gave one one more looked at the contract and at the van number on the again key and there was the issue, the attendant had assigned me a van, this the fourth ground, different from was she put put in the contract. She finally corrected for good after I went back inside for a third time. But this whole process that should've taken 15 minutes, took over 1 hour.

Please hire more professional people. The manager here is nice, but she continues to hire unprofessional people. I was told when I got there my reservation was not going to be honered even though I came in person to reserve the 17 truck for 48 hours at the location. I had to settle for 15ft and had to return at 10:00 am instead of 5:00pm and was told they are doing me a favor while the other staff named Sarah, because I was arguing with assistance manager about not renting a truck for time reserved, Sarah proceeded to say to me, if you don't like it here leave than go get a truck some where else than proceed to call local GM from her cell phone to complain about me. At the GM told Sarah to give the phone to Assistant who proceeded to tell her I was not accepting their favor which was not true, I indicated I will return by 10:00 am but would like to compensate for the inconveniences which GM agreed with me and advised the assistance manager to fo do. It seems like I have an issue almost every time I rent here and I will blame the the company for not provide the people they hired who needs training in customer services skills.

First i tent week before if you check your system I ask for truck 39.99 something like that she give me van is to small for my fourniture anyway I took the for 2 trip go and back time to short I return the same day the next I make reservations for next Sunday to get the one I’m looking for it get one with damage in front bumper he look someone return the truck and get accident I so someone feeling accident report from that guy give to me I call the agent means the girl working fronts disks I told her is damage front truck she sad is no problem you can drive like that she go the office bring like will to hold bumpers before I take some pictures from her holding bumper ok after that I check the gas like empty quarters of thing almost 0 I have no choice I take pictures all maillages and gas before I go out from the location I told here I have no gas and damage she told forget about when you retourn the truck retourne the some way you take it I sad I retourne I pick up truck 10:28am I retourne it at 7 pm when I fallow the process the one you send me i see like you charge me $30 dollars for gas and me I put $45 from my pocket cash I hop guys please try be honest with customers to keep it in the future this is my history with Uhall you want to your survey thanks d’avance
