I love UHAUL!!! My family has been using uhaul since I was a little girl!!! The rental rates are affordable and there is plenty of truck sizes to rent. Uhaul has sooo many convenient locations. My favorite location is THIS ONE: 282 LYNNWAY, Lynn MA. The manager, Alex Bartolo, is awesome!! He makes it a point to provide each and every customer with exceptional customer service!! He also remembered my name!!! Wow!!! I was impressed that he remembered my name. I truly felt appreciated as a loyal customer.. MAINTENANCE REQUEST: I would like to report a maintenance concern on the cargo van I rented. I had a hard time opening the left back door. There is a big lump on the bumper that stops the door from opening. I did NOT want to break the door so we had to use the side door to load things into the van which made it extra work and harder!! Please fix the bumper under the left disclosure door so the next customer does not have this issue. I STILL highly recommend this LOCATION & UHAUL!! I am always happy with my rental.. Whenever I need tape, boxes, moving pads and dollies, Uhaul always has plenty for rental/purchase. Plus Uhaul offers onsite rental storages. Keep up the great job!!!
Alex was the one who helped me pick up and drop off my trailer. He was very well educated at his job and was able to help me set up and get on the road as fast as possible.
Alex was fantastic and very knowledgeable. I picked up my trailer on Friday, and was having trouble with it sitting right and jarring. Went back by there Saturday on the way out of town and he looked at it for me and realized it was sitting too low and raised the mount for me. Exceptional service.
The whole experience was could not have been easier. The Lynn store was great as was Jesse Duran from corporate.

This was my first experience and it was a positive one. Thank you.
The store opened roughly 90 minutes late, setting me behind on moving out my apartment. And the truck that i was driving felt like it had a blown transmisson.
First, I went into the store before 7pm walked in to drop off the truck and the employee said â€œ oh weâ€™re closedâ€ didnâ€™t even have the courtesy to help me. I think their was still enough time to help me and leave considering the store closes at 7 and not before 7. I said fine, went to do self check out and couldnâ€™t because on top of that he took the keys and dropped them in the keybox. Next day I see I was double charged and hNd to take time to go back to the store to get a refund. Thank god their was a very polite lady who helped me and made sure everything was all set. If the first employee was to take 5 minutes to help me It wouldâ€™ve avoid everything else that cake after and I wouldâ€™ve been a very satisfied customer. Instead he looked like he was on drugs and definitely shouldnâ€™t be a front face for customers.

i rented a 10 foot truck and was old. back sliding door was difficult to close, i needed 2 people to get it close. everything else is fine.
My pickup experience was terrible. The online checkin didnâ€™t work completely. My 9am pick up was delayed 45 minutes. The truck was not ready when I arrived and they only had half the equipment I rented. The return went smoothly. The man working Sunday morning was helpful, efficient and informative. He help me refund the missing equipment without a problem.
Ashley araujo was amazing. She made everything a breeze. Very good with customers. More employees should be like her.

I am not happy with the attention received at the time of returning the vehicle since they did not even register the return because what they are charging me an extra day even when I return the next day to explain what had happened separately for two quarts of gasoline they are charging 40 dollars
