The only thing and I mean the only thing I did not enjoy about the experience that's when I got there at the time I was supposed to pick up my truck I had to wait about 30 or so minutes in line but other than that great customer service and that wasn't the employees fault they were just two employees working and there are a lot of people waiting for trucks so I didn't blame it on them that's just life I guess

Everything was great I rented two UHaul trucks one on Friday and one on Saturday the only issue I had was the payment process that my driver had to pay the bill and That I couldn’t give you my payment information to use for the checkout. I had to estimate the final bill to pay him back ahead of time.

The Lynn location was great. The overall experience of using uhaul as a company was painful. Will never use them again. Customer service is terrible. After having a problem with the pick up location, the woman working at the Danvers location was rude and condescending. Uhaul guaranteed me a truck at the Danvers location and made a mistake and reserved it in Lynn. Complete inconvenience, and when i called customer service to see if they could accommodate their mistake they never called me back as promised.

I rented a 15 foot truck for $29.95. I only drove it 16 miles. I would normally put 2 gallons in for fuel because I know the trucks get around 10 miles to the gallon, but because the Uhaul rep said that the tank was full, I just kept pumping gas until it stopped. It took 7.2 gallons which would only be 2 miles per gallon. I brought it to the attention of the manager Gage when I returned it hoping for a credit for some of the gas but his response was only that he would keep an eye on it going forward. Not very customer friendly.

The truck I rented was in very bad shape. A lot of damage to the truck, the drivers arm rest was broken and the truck rattled pretty bad (very noisy) when I got on the highway. As I was returning the truck, the owner and an employee were pouting a license plate on another vehicle and all but ignored me then I was trying to return it. Not the best customer service.

Hire another person at the desk or put much much much more promotion into the self service check in/out on the app/website. I used the app and it was really simple.

I got a truck with a big dent in the back door that was very visible and it was not mark with the tag if I didn’t notice that I will get blame for it the gas was mark wrong so this mean that they didn’t do no inspection before they gave me the truck I need it the truck for a whole day some how it was only for 3hour. When I return the truck I got charge for a late fee got blame for the damage tha the truck allredy had and for a small dent that is the half of a 10cent coin that It was there wen they give me the truck same way like the back door dent the genera manager did not wanted to show me the dent went I went back to look a the truck very unprofessional did not care what I said a bit I felt very discriminated. Also exchange over 20 email back and forth acting like a 10 year old kid or worth and charge me a $150 deductible for something I didn’t do I am so disappointed at this location And the way the problem was treated

I waited one hour and 20 minutes for my rental, this is not acceptable, Customer service is deplorable, The manager can care less, The location is convenient to me because I work in the city, but I’m willing to travel far to find a better customer service. The only way I can think this place is still in business is because is no competition and obviously is a need for this business. Good luck to you guys, I’m sure some of you guys have a great customer service

System could be improved because as I was trying to complete transaction with Customer service rep for the assigned truck someone came and took it. So I had to go through the process again to get another truck. Overall it was good and quick service.

I had the worst experience I've ever had with UHaul on my recent move. I will probably never use your services again. I reserved a 20 foot truck for 4/29 at the Wilmington location at 10 AM. I got a text and email the afternoon prior saying that my truck would be available at 4:15 PM, which was not acceptable. I immediately called and after holding spoke to someone that transferred me to the "Scheduling Manager". This person (SM) was incredibly rude and not empathetic whatsoever to my situation....she just kept sighing and rudely telling me that I should have known that trucks were only confirmed 24 hours in advance. If that's the case then why do you let people schedule and "reserve" them. Do you understand what the term reservation means? So after repeatedly telling this woman that I needed a truck for the morning she said my only options were a 20 foot truck in Weymouth (over an hour from me) and a 26 foot truck in Lynn. I had to take the 26 foot truck, which I did not want. The experience in Lynn was fine, however.....they were very busy understandably and under staffed. My issue was that they then demanded that I return the truck to Lynn when I already reserved a drop-off in Lowell, where I was moving. The woman Stacey, said she could help me with this, by removing some of the charges, but she did no such thing. All in all a terrible experience and made my move 10 times worse.

Dishonest and awful customer service. Was not explained anything on the contract. Was mislead into multiple charges. My bill had a made up time for when I dropped it off. 11am the day after I actually returned it (530 pm night beforeis the real time) Of course that false time made the fraudulent claim that I damaged the already barely functioning truck at 8pm the night before work out perfectly for them to get me for more money.

Online return service is very inconvenient. Took me almost 45 minutes to return the vehicle because the app didn’t want to work. For this main reson i will think twice next time before renting anything else from uhaul.
