Pointed out that a running light on the right fender of the trailer was not working. Staff did not offer to replace bulb stating "that should be okay". We drove 1 400 miles through rain, sleet and snow and dark without a light on that fender.

Out off all the UHaul and employees you have this Joanna at the Lynnway 3A location, she is the most honest and knowledgeable person. You should have more of her in your company.

Good customer service at pickup. Systems were down and she remained diligent and with a good demeanor under the pressure. System did come back up when I finally got to the counter and it was quick and smooth. Drop-off was quick and simple. No issues

I just want to give a special shoutout to Joanna for being professional, efficient and kind. U-Haul should feel blessed to have such an amazing employee at the Lynn location. Her demeanor was very welcoming and she made sure I was all set with my rental. For this I will be renting at this location again.

On days that you know you will be having many customers, possibly have more employees on to handle the amount of customers. I also think that the phone number for the Lynnway should go directly to the Lynnway. Or possibly, because the beginning of the month is very busy, like I left on my survey, I have 2 tbi's ( traumatic brain injury) so when I was highly stressed during my move , and extremely anxious cuz peggy and joanne were so kind and patient and explained things so thorough to me, and I knew I couldn't get the van back by 5, I tried calling the phone number and I ended up hanging up cuz I was losing time packing, knowing they would call me. Perhaps a # the customers could text if they need to contact the store on their receipt or sent to their phone that goes to the store somehow. the employees could see it on the computer or whatever so they can continue to work and get back to customer when they can.

Very easy to quickly get a clean van for picking up a couch I was buying. Everyone there is very helpful, especially since there was a mix-up with the car being set to kilometers and some final charge confusion. Confusion. They work hard to make everything right!

The 10-footer that I rented via mobile app should be taken off the lot. Bad suspension, old, and even missing headlight controls on dash. Customer service was not applicable with this transaction, which is usually great.

The person working behind the desk today was rude.

The left rear tire was low when I picked it up. The staff (they were great) filled it up but knew it was an ongoing problem. The next day the same tire registered low on air and I had to fill it. So it's an ongoing problem that they knew needed to be fixed but didn't fix it.

I really don't know what you can do for the next customer but I can tell you that the girls that was working that morning and waiting on me was excellent and I really appreciate their service. You need more employees like those two.

Rats and mice ruined everything/ not sure what rat or mice but there droppings were everywhere, and I’m not paying a company as big as IU-Haul $140 monthly for storage thinking my stuff would be the same way I left it 8-9 months prior to finding out my belongings was ruined.

The unit i got was a 8x8. Its more like a 8x4. Horrible head space. Employees were not so friendly. I had to drive 25 mins to another uhaul storage just to continue to get bad service. I will not recommend and I will be getting my things out asap.

The process of getting to the second level units was awful. Rep on phone said it was first floor and it was not. No way we could get heavy furniture up that ladder.

I was not aware that the unit I was renting could only be accessed by step ladder. I had some very heavy items and it was extremely difficult to carry everything up a flight of stairs.

I had two storages. One at uhaul (2 1/2 years) and one at public storage (4 months). The day I rented the storage till the very end, my boyfriend and I were treated with nothing but kindness. They go above and beyond expected customer service. 5 Stars! Public Storage you pay more and get the worse customer service (cold and detacted). Just trying to get into my storage was always a hassel, broken elevators and carts.

During my storage stay at the uhaul in Lynn on the Lynnway was excellent I had the pleasure of working with Jamie McPherson she went above and beyond to help me and make sure their service was great for me while I was going through a hard time. I really appreciate good people like her. I could not be happier. And I need storage again our trucks she is who I'm calling.

Do not waste your time or money. There are a lot of better places and the other places give you a free month. Do no go here. Save yourself from a civil lawsuit.

The upper locker spaces were difficult to use. That being said, loading was super convenient and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I will continue to use this place for future rentals

The storage unit was okay. But the back wall was broken by the adjacent unit's stuff. It was not filthy. The unit itself had no lighting. It was hard to see in. Frustrated to have to buy a new lock.

I cancelled both the storage and the truck rental on September 6, 2018 so ended up not using uhaul services. We did not move. All contact with Lynnway uhaul services was vey professional.
