Was quoted $80 higher than online price and when I called to inquire I got the run around. Was told the manager would call but never heard back from him.

william BThis is an excellent U-Haul company, and they will work with you on your rental truck, if you need a time change or have an issue just call and they will tell you what you need to do. Try them out great company and very nice folks to work with. .

David SI needed a vehicle to use as my Jeep was in the garage. I find it cheaper to rent a U-Haul than a car rental. The word is out at my work that others may do the same. This store location works out great for me.

mike mCompletely dissatisfied with the fact that the amount of end result request needed in order to turn, the truck in, is absolutely ludicrous … And I did not even have the truck for more than 7 1/2 hours …. I sincerely hope I am not charged a penny over what I was quoted, and for me personally, as far as the entire experience, in order to be totally satisfied , I shouldn't be charged any more than $100 even ……..
Chris HThe 24/7 checkout process was unnecessarily long, and left me stranded in a dangerous area for 30 minutes to get verified. Had to call support at least 5 times and my phone almost died.

Jim TI did not get my money back for unused moving blankets rented. The transmission in the truck was extremely dangerous and hard to stop when the truck was full of equipment due to the transmission.

dieter pLocation technically closed 3 minutes prior to my arrival but the gentleman still came and helped me with my mobile drop off and then completed it for me, and even offered a printed receipt when I told him I had trouble. Even showed me where on my paperwork it was and explained that I got the refund for the pick up locations service failure and that it may take 3-5 days to show up on the payment method.
Christina SI received a notice for damage for the truck saying the windshield was cracked. We dropped it off after hours and there was NOT a Crack. I will not be paying this fee. I fully expect someone to resolve this issue ASAP.
