Only comment I would have would be that in the future I think it would help out. your customers a lot if all 5x9 trailers with the ramp be equipped with the wheel chock for motorcycles.

Inform customers to take pictures of the odometer as well as the fuel before and after the trip so they don't get additional charges when they return the truck with less mileage than prepaid as well as the same amount of fuel they left with.

Trailer was not swept out but I was told that I would be charged if it came back dirty. I had to sweep it out before I could load my furniture.

Pickup of my U-Box went smooth; drop off at the destination had issues. Even though U-Haul had contacted me via text and phone multiple times, my account somehow didn't have a phone number on it when it was time to deliver the U-Box. When they were unable to contact me via phone, they canceled delivery without notification (they could still have contacted me via e-mail, but didn't). I resolved this by talking to U-Haul dispatch through my a manager at my local U-Haul site. She added my phone number back onto my account and rescheduled delivery for the following day. The following afternoon, the driver contacted me to let me know her route was long and delivery would be after normal hours. She eventually delivered at 6:45 in the evening. While all of my stuff was delivered intact, and every individual I spoke with was incredibly friendly and helpful, the service failed on the first delivery attempt and scheduling went later than promised on the second.

The individual that helped me was excellent! I believe his name was Chris. It was the first time I was loading up my new Indian Pursuit (full dress) motorcycle in a trailer - he took the time to help make sure I loaded it up correctly and was very patient with me. The mobile check in process takes some time to process, then waiting to get your keys is like 30m that maybe going into my rental time. And checkout was interesting, but good.

Laura checked me out and did an excellent job of helping me get hooked up and insuring my lights were working properly. Very good experience. There was an accident when removing the auto from the tow dolly, when I returned the equipment the Lady asked to assist me by a fellow employee was not very friendly helpful or willing to listen or show concern for the damage to my vehicle. The original person who started helping me check in immediately called the Manager and the experience was okay. The next day I talked to the Manager Laura and her concern for my treatment was greatly appreciated. Overall I was very pleased with my experience with the Company.

Never had a bad experience at the Stateline location uhaul. I use them for any and all of my moving needs. Highly recommend. Staff and Management is very helpful. The manager Laura even helped me with recommending somewhere that boards your pets while I am in the movie bf process.

Great experience. However, during my move out process I did notice alot of people that were homeless hanging out at the facility. These people appeared to have key/card access in and out of the facility. Not that I have an issue with the homeless, but it can be alittle unsetttling.

When I got in the air pressure gauge was already on. But I had to get to my apartment on time I didn't have time to tell them so they could fix it or get me a new truck. Then as I was driving the steering wheel kept shaking and wobbling. If I went 40 mph the steering wheel would start shaking a lot and really hard. I felt very unsafe. You would think they'd test the trucks before giving it to people. Imagine if I was driving far and was on a time constraint…

The Truck was ruff as Hell. We are going to have back issue for days from how rough the ride was. if we had fresh eggs in the truck they would have been scrambled.

I am a military veteran and I requested the discount. I was told by the store representative that I had to call the corporate office to receive the discount. I needed to get the vehicle quickly, therefore I didn't have time to waste. The vehicle was advertised as $19.95, but when you add the mileage, the price of the vehicle is not what I expected. I only drove 24 miles and paid over $60 with insurance, tax, rental fee and I had to put gas in the vehicle. I stayed local and I believe the mileage fee could have been waived.

Maintain the equipment a bit better. The driver's door wouldn't close properly. My trip started out as my worst nightmare. I drove 180 miles to pick up my equipment only to find Gary never really booked me for the equipment or auto transport. I arrived at Bubba Green Uhaul where there was no truck or trailer with my name on it. But representative Nay in Shreveport La saved the day. She should be considered for a trainer for a trainer position as well as receive a raise. She found everything I needed and more. She literally walked me through until my equipment was located and picked up. Kudos to you my dear. Customer care at it's finest. Thank you Nay! I have to give thanks to Carly(sp?) and Madelyn(sp?) at the Texarkana State Line location. They were amazing! They store was clean and the service was friendly. These two ladies work hard.

The only comment I have is that the original storage that I got was given to someone because I didn't put a lock on it. I was under the impression that it was mine unless I told you all that I no longer needed it. I tried to go in and put some things in the unit and it was locked. The convenience of where the unit was located was perfect. I had to go back in and be assigned another unit that was difficult to find.

If you are going to have two story storage lockers, you should have two story parking and unloading. I walked around for 30 min trying to figure out where to go to unload. And holy f**k at the price for a second floor unit that's such a hassle to get your stuff to, and only 5' wide x 5' deep and 10' tall is $39,95/ MONTH!! It literally costs you nothing once they are built other than electric....why gouge the OBVIOUSLY less fortunate folks so bad?? I was gonna keep my thoughts about this whole experience to myself, but after the THIRD TEXT that I received, asking me to rate my experience....well there ya go..

This was probably the roughest riding U Haul I've ever ridden in. Personnel didn't even offer to put the dolly in the truck for me. I wanted to split the payment up between cards, which would really have helped me out. It was bad enough that I had to go to Texarkana to get the thing (I lived 10 miles north of DeKalb).

Mr Chris closed me out. I forgot to take a photo of my storage when emptied out. He gave me his word that he would check it then send me a receipt. I value this highly. Why? Not many keep their word. Mr Chris kept his word and sent me a close out receipt. He is too be valued because he could have told me to go back get a picture. He calmly and so nicely said, " I will go back and check it". This has been the ONLY U-haul I've use on Stateline since I've been living in Texarkana. Always a great helpful & friendly staff. They also have a store with affordable options that i ended up needing and didn't break the bank to buy it there. The staff appeared to be pretty active and responsive. Extremely helpful because of available resources such as flat carts/h carts, many options to rent items. I ran into minimal issues and they were so quick to deal and resolve my issues by giving me options to choose and showing me what was available and not judging me for whatever reason.

I ended up with another option so did not need storage facilities. Pries were extremely high and access was too involved. I preferred a drive up storage instead of carrying my items down a long haul.

Storage facility itself was fine. My issues is with the manager Melissa. I have seen several reviews and she is just down right not a nice person. Any encounter with her is hateful and rude or ugly looks. I am not sure how she even is in a manger role let alone still working for company with how many bad reviews she has. She has definitely run us off. She also told her the facility back in June would be fully accessible within a few weeks but I believe it's just now becoming fully accessible. But still not open 24/7 like stated. The biggest issue is Melissa and how uncomfortable and rude she is. We took our business elsewhere. We hope Uhaul will take theses complaints against this manager , I can only imagine how she treats her employees if she treats customer so ugly.

Website shows self storage hours until 10pm. THEY CLOSE AT 5!! The staff is lazy and rude. The manager took 5 days to remove a lock that was mistakenly put on my unit and got ugly when I was upset. Very unprofessional and way over priced for non climate controlled, no bay doors working, and no good hours for access in the evenings when MOST people are off work

The facility on State Line in Texarkana, AR/TX is very clean. The staff are always helpful and polite. I have recommended this storage facility to many people and I know a few have used it at my urging. I am grateful to have such a clean and well-maintained storage facility easily accessible to me.

The second floor is a joke to get to. I had to down two long halls through 2glass doors then to the elevator to get where I needed to go. The carts were not long enough to get hardly anything on them. I took forever to get the truck unloaded. Don't think I would recommend any to get one on the 2nd floor.

I had a horrible experience with the assistance manager. I did not rent the storage due to the fact she place me all the way at the back of the storage building, where she claim the doors at the back did not work nor did she have a different storage she could provide. I called uhaul customer service and was informed that it was several storage units available. The assistant manager is a straight racist pill popper. I will never refer anyone to this location and will write a bad review. It is sad she charged me 160 for a deposit for 4 hours of usage.

You guys need to correct that issue with the access hours at your Texarkana Texas state line store on State Line because you can only access during store hours and it clearly says 5am to 10pm for Access gate from your emails and texts and when I called something to very got there at 8pm and couldn't access same place to return in truck was going to leave it so that I would be done but unfortunately had to return to unload at 7:30am just to access storage then unload and back out to return truck in same drive

In the almost four years I have overseen a storage unit for my brother, Melissa and her staff have always been courteous, professional and nice. On move out day, October 5, three employees were especially nice; the woman who checked me out; Laura; then two employees that were working in the actual storage unit building, Chasity and Mary actually helping my daughter and I lift our last piece of furniture into our truck. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this specific State Line facility to anyone. In the past years, I have also rented U-Haul Trucks and moving Vans from this location and it has always been a seamless, easy process. The Stateline U-Haul location is the best one in town. I know, because I used several storage facilities years ago when I was a pharmaceutical sales rep. Much success.

I traveled 250 miles one way to pick up my belongings before 10 pm at 9 pm I couldn't get into my storage for some reason. I called mellisa west the GM and she said there was no access allowed because of some sort of camera issues. She offered no remorse or solution. I had to stay the night and get a hotel room for me and my family. At 7 am when uhaul opened up I seen mrs west she was very unprofessional and had no intention on helping me or my family as she walked around with some other lady who worked for uhaul. Overall I will never use uhaul again from this facility. I am shocked mrs west is even a GM she definitely needs some retraining courses.

I haven't moved in my stuff yet, today I will be though. However, I did go up there a day early just to see where it was located. I didn't catch the lady that helped me name, but she was very helpful. She even took me right to my unit, just to show me where it was at, without me even asking her too. I rented a storage from this unit on Saturday, they knew I lived 3 hrs away and was bringing a uhaul back with a load of stuff on Sunday. We Drive all the way here to unload a 26ft uhaul and a truck load and upon arrival the units were closed and could not be accessed!! We called to ask to get in they told us they were only opened during open business hours and we would have to wait to unload when they were open again!!! They never explained when we rented the unit that it wasn't 24 hrs!! Had to rent another storage from a different place in order to unload and return uhaul!!! Very disappointed!!!! Will never use again!!

I had a wonderful experience except for my last day picking up my stuff there is and enter area and and exit area for vehicles to get in the building park and get to their unit well the entrance was blocked by an empty uhaul truck and another truck parked next to it making it impossible to drive around when I asked a lady how I would get in she gave me attitude saying you have to go through the exit I did not like the attitude nor did I like having to drive through the exit when I was about to pull around the corner and enter the exit door a truck was coming out I’m in a tiny car that’s so dangerous it’s an exit for a reason giving this being my only issue I’m not to upset however I would like that maybe your establishment think about parking the vehicles out of the way of the entrance during the hr we are allowed to visit our unit going through the exit is dangerous and not professional my overall experience was great I’m glad every other time I went there I felt with a different lady then the one on my last day
