Truck I rented smelled like weed really bad to the point I could have gotten in trouble it was over powering when running ac I complained upon drop off but it was dismissed as being funny

The manager is rude and just not real enjoyable at all to deal with. The assistant manager is phenomenal she is literally the only reason i continue to go to this location. She is 100 times more fit for the manager role than the lady that's in charge now

It's not very much that you can do about adding more parking places but other than that five stars. Great service

The auto transport (AT) was not hooked up properly nor were we shown how to do it. Safety chains were not hooked up nor the straps to go over the tires set up properly. Untrained and un supervised employee at pick up could of put drivers at risk.
