I was misinformed how the insurance works. I was told it would be a $80 one time payment not $80 a day. Please have your employees explain exactly how everything works step by step because I think he got in a hurry because he was bouncing around.

The place was full of people and only 1 person working. Person was not friendly almost to the point of rude; I guess it was because she had no help. Lots waiting. Not very efficient. Probably won't go back there.

The agent wasn’t very accommodating. I asked to rent a trailer and she proceeded to try to rent me a truck only to tell me that there were none available hen I needed. She was upset when I said that I didn’t want a truck only a trailer for a single day. I told her that we would be able to return the same day but she insisted we rent it one way. When my husband went to pick it up he tried to get her to change it but she said no. She gave us a drop off location miles from where we were unloading when there were other locations closer and with better hours. She failed to tell him we would need your app to do an after hours drop off (we were finished by 2 pm) .

My truck was not pulling up in the system when I dropped it off. This caused the employee to need to accept it without being able to generate a receipt or put the truck as returned in the system. This was a day before the truck was due. A week later, without anyone contacting me, I was charged for four extra days of having the truck, a $237 charge. I called immediately to have it looked into and reversed. I am now having to wait several days to get the money returned. Not a good experience.

I was told that our rental fee would be the same if we dropped the dolly on state line or mt pleasant and so we dropped it off in mt pleasant. They charged us 40 extra dollars!!! Dont tell someone one thing and then charge them a fee! It is cruel. We really didnt have the extra money to give and all because of the lack of communication on yalls end, we are out 40 dollars. Terrible communication skills and would hate for anyone else to get bamboozled.

On May 10th, I reserved a truck, auto transport, and supplies from Uhaul.com, and was given a confirmation #. Every single part of the service has been a disaster: 1. You advertise that all unused supplies can be returned for a refund, but dozens of boxes were returned and you refused to issue a refund. 2. The equipment was not available, despite my CONFIRMED reservation. I had to make dozens of phone calls, and drive to THREE separate U haul locations (one of them TWICE), to get all the reserved equipment. Then, after I spent a great deal of money on gas driving around, you charged me for gas when I returned the truck!!! 3. I was double-charged for the auto transport because they rented my auto transport to someone else (after they convinced me to leave it on their lot while I loaded the truck), I therefore had 2 rent a second auto transport, and Uhaul charged twice for the first one. How can you rent something that is already rentyed out--smells like fraud to me!!!! 4. I booked movers through your website to pack, load, and unload. The first set that pack and loaded, refused to use the pads and dividers I had for the purpose. As such many of my glasses and dishes broke, and all of my furniture is scratched because they refused to use the furniture pads. When I called about this, they refuse to help because I gave the payment code to these thugs (3 large blacks that would have surely assaulted me had I refused to give them the payment code!!! 5. The movers at my destination didn't arrive at the scheduled time (10am), so I phoned them at 10:30 and was told they would arrive between 12 and 12:30, when that time came and went I made other arrangements to unload the truck. At 1 they texted they were 30 mins away, so I cancelled the order. When they arrived at nearly 2pm, I told them it was cancelled. These movers became irate and called and texted in a threatening manner that I owe them a "travelling fee" for them to show up 4 hours late. Only when I told them I would call the police did they stop harassing me. 6. When I returned the truck, they charged me for gas, even though I returned it with the same amount in it!
